A sublime experience. Fabrizio is an exceptional host and will guide you in choosing the best dish for your tastes. I would, however, suggest the risotto al salto as a first course and the baked potatoes as a side, both truly exceptional. There's not much to say about the meat, which is bordering on perfection. The price is commensurate with the quality, so it's higher than average, yet you'll leave the restaurant already wanting to return.

Staff is great so is service. Food is amazing worth the visit and price. Also with a toddler for a Saturday lunch they were absolutely welcoming (not expected at all for the area!). So… bravi bravi bravi!

First time here, we ordered a half-board appetizer and two first courses. On the advice of the very kind waiter, we ordered two second courses only after finishing the risottos. The welcome entrée was excellent, a delicate creamy soup that really warms the stomach. The appetizer was delicious, perfect for two to sample various quality cured meats. The first courses were truly incredible: we had the fog risotto with patanegra and the pumpkin and porcini risotto, both truly phenomenal; in my opinion, the pumpkin and porcini risotto was truly incredible. For second courses, we tried the hazelnut lingotto and the ribeye steak; both melted in the mouth, super juicy and very flavorful! For dessert, they prepared a truly delicious coffee pre-dessert. We finished with a "ti voglio bene" panna cotta and a brie and salted caramel cheesecake, truly phenomenal! My girlfriend couldn't finish her dessert, and the staff kindly let us take it home. It would have been a waste to throw away something so delicious :) They offered us some sweet treats with our coffee, especially the artisanal Raffaello, which was truly delicious! I'm a person who eats a lot; I left feeling almost bursting, completely satisfied and happy to have spent a fair amount for a dinner of this quality. We'll definitely be back! Guys, there's not much to say; words will never truly convey what's behind those dishes. I recommend Guinceri to anyone who wants more than just a dinner, but a true taste experience, a journey you'll never forget. Meat...we only go for that. Excellent selection of cuts and varieties. Steak, potatoes, and fried artichokes. Everything was amazing. Good wine selection. Prices are reasonable...good meat comes at a price. Creamed pumpkin soup is free to start the meal...a good start to your stomach...

The food is divine, and Fabrizio is a master. Not to mention Cristina's cooking. True quality and a top-notch atmosphere. You'll always be happy to return when you want to be sure. Highly recommended.

The best risotto of my life. I've dined at VdG with my partner twice this week. The staff is so welcoming and kind that they make you feel right at home. The food is spectacular; I personally think the more unique the dish, the more worth it. The selection of meats is almost as impressive as their skill in preparing them. I wholeheartedly recommend the risotto with smoked patanegra.
