Silence restaurant, good staff and service with fine food

Truly unique and exquisite culinary experience, not only for the excellent quality of the meat, but also for the risottos which are very particular and good; Furthermore, the owners must be applauded for having trained the kids who did not make them feel the lack of knowledge of the products offered and were able to advise and guide them well in the choice of dishes. You can see and feel all the passion not only for catering, but also in the desire to train and enrich future generations. A return will be a must.

I don't recommend it, since I ate here everything I cook myself disgusts me. Seriously, a lot of stuff, I went to Rome with my girlfriend for an anniversary, delicious food, wonderful staff, they reset my concept of quality.

My husband and I came directly from Germany to celebrate our 15th anniversary at Guincer's, and it was worth the whole trip!! Fabrizio and all the staff are indescribably kind. We had dinner there 2 evenings, and both times we left super satisfied. For those who think that when you have a culinary experience you eat little, you are very wrong! Not only did we eat divinely, but also a lot! We will definitely be back as soon as we have the opportunity!!

We booked for a pre-Easter lunch with friends. For us it was the first time, while our friends had already been there last year. The place is very beautiful, elegant inside, and in the outdoor garden there is also a swimming pool with a table for two right above it: perfect for an intimate and special lunch or dinner for two. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. We were a little prejudiced, thinking that - not having great knowledge of meat - we would not be able to fully appreciate the cuts or particularities. Instead, thanks to the help of the owner, who guided us in choosing the culinary path, it was a truly surprising experience. Everything was perfect: the service was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive, careful to satisfy our every need to ensure we had a unique experience. We will definitely come back to try a tasting, because I think it will be another unforgettable experience. I recommend it – and would recommend it again – wholeheartedly. I can't wait to go back! ❤️

What can I say... incredible Kobe carbonara risotto. Very good meat. Nice environment and great service. We had a very good time. Fabrizio (our father) helped us with the choice of dishes and was able to give us excellent advice.

It was the first time, we happened upon it by chance, today we had a quick lunch, but the menu was very well stocked and had special dishes. Very welcoming environment.

I had an absolutely unforgettable lunch experience at this Ristorante Guinceri. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, setting the perfect tone for what turned out to be an exceptional meal. The highlight was undoubtedly the Japanese Kobe steak, perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth, and bursting with rich, savory flavor. It’s rare to find such high quality meat prepared with such care and precision. What truly impressed me as well was the pasta. It was cooked to perfection with a beautiful texture and depth of flavor. Every bite was rich, comforting, and clearly made with fresh, high quality ingredients. On top of the outstanding food, the service was impeccable. The waiters were not only highly professional and attentive but also genuinely friendly, making the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable. This place is a true gem, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top tier cuisine and exceptional service.

- Pranzo di 7 persone - Fabrizio ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha consigliato per avere un esperienza a tutto tondo, in cui ognuno ha avuto modo di assaggiare più portate possibili senza eccedere nel budget che ci eravamo prefissati - particolare attenzione e cura nei confronti delle intolleranze alimentari (al tavolo sedevano un celiaco e un intollerante al lattosio, hanno potuto mangiare praticamente tutto senza rinuncie importanti) - Tutte le portate: antipasti, 2 primi, 2 tagli di carne, contorni e dolci son stati di una bontà straordinaria, soprattutto la carne è stata cotta alla perfezione, valorizzando le materie prime d'eccezione.

Week end lungo in direzione Pistoia con la mia compagna e venendo a conoscenza di questo viaggio da Roma, mio figlio mi fa...devi assolutamente andare da Guinceri...è una esperienza! Mai consiglio e commento fu più veritiero!! Mi aveva anticipato che il luogo non è di "taglio" economico e/o medio ma come riportato nella scelta del titolo, laddove possibile questi luoghi vanno visitati, gustati e goduti a 360 gradi. La location intesa come locale è molto affascinante ed arredata con gran gusto al punto tale che chiudendo gli occhi ed affacciandomi alle finestre, non mi sarei sorpreso di trovarmi in contesti tipo St. Moritz, Courmayer o Cortina (forse perchè in parte mi sono sentito in uno chalet moderno). Oltre all'accoglienza del personale, trovo sempre di alto gradimento il saluto del proprietario che, come in questo caso, è passato in ogni singolo tavolo. L'esperienza si è basata in gran parte sulla presenza del tartufo che sia sugli antipasti che carni, è stato un perfetto abbinamento legato alle materie prima di altissima qualità (comprso il vino)! Come mia abitudine prima di andare in un locale, leggo le recensioni (anche se non sono mai una bibbia) e mi hanno incuriosito quelle negative che miravano soprattutto ai prezzi alti. Ripeto la mia opinione già espressa in situazione simili...per delle occasioni speciali o coccole extra come le chiamo io, esperienze di questo genere che ti portano a spendere quasi 100 euro a testa, ci possono stare perchè nel prezzo concorrono tanti fattori che molti clienti, non sanno o fanno finta di non sapere. Per fortuna l'Italia è piena di luoghi dove è possibile pranzare dai 30/35 € a salire... Quindi si sceglie, perchè nessuno punta pistole alla testa di nessun cliente! Quindi complimenti a tutti, dalla proprietà all'intero staff, aggiungendo una piccola nota a margine che sicuramente nel mio caso sarà sfuggita, avendo chiacchierato molto con il cameriere durante il nostro pranzo. Ho pagato ricevendo il dettaglio del conto, solo post pagamento. Forse colpa mia perchè sono andato direttamente in cassa? Non lo so e non ha rovinato assolutamente questa bellissima esperienza che ho goduto con la mia compagna. Daje sempre...
