Place is cute and very comfortable when visiting pisa for a quick lunch. They maiy have pre made meals or burgers/piadina that are easy to make. Simple but good. Almost no space to eat inside or outside, but the guy is friendly and spoke english

Even though I'm not vegan, I absolutely don't disdain veg cuisine. In fact, I eat hamburgers almost exclusively vegan. Very good food. House blueberry smoothie. Pizzas, sandwiches, focaccias, veg-kebabs, wholemeal gnocchi with pesto. Owner friendly, very nice. And I finally got to try tempeh and kombucha 🤩 I got a lentil maxiburger with several other ingredients. Get some advice if you are not familiar with it, because in any case in the end there was a party in my mouth 😎🍾 The good thing is that you eat yes, but you feel full enough. Money well spent.

Let me start by saying that it was a very long wait and he works very slowly. 1h30 wait for the 9 people in front of us and half an hour for our order (2 rolls and gnocchi). By the way, I don't recommend the gnocchi! Dry and small portion. He doesn't make anything else himself. Everything comes from a jar or plastic packaging. It is the only vegan place in Pisa. But for me not worth the high score and rave reviews. The sandwiches were tasty, but certainly not worth the 2-hour wait.
