Spinti dalla voglia di mangiare nuovamente la salsiccia tipica, buonissima, di Palazzolo ci siamo trovati in questo bel locale in centro. Ambiente caldo e ben curato, gentilezza da parte della proprietà come da proverbi siciliani, cibo assolutamente genuino e dai sapori che portano indietro all’infanzia. Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa con qualche piccolo rinforzo di arrosticini di cacvallo e parmigiana di melanzane che niente aveva da invidiare a quella delle nostre mamme e nonne. “Cavati” al sugo di maiale e salsiccia di Palazzolo innaffiati da un vino locale che ovviamente non poteva che essere che un mero d’abola ingentilito da un po’ di frappato ed ecco che le emozioni sono esplose tutte insieme. Torneremo senz’altro per provare anche tutto il resto del menù che ci chiamava insistentemente. Complimenti ancora alla gestione e alla qualità dei cibi.

We were there for dinner and had an antipasti platter with bread as a starter. The main course was ricotta ravioli and a cutlet. Bread was served with the antipasti platter. It was just fantastic. The combination of friendly staff, the atmosphere and the delicious food contributed to one of the best evenings in Sicily.

Qualità e quantità cibo di tutto rispetto..accoglienza unica..e tutto questo merita il massimo dei voti..certo un piccolo appunto..sui tempi..ma per chi.non..ha fretta..va bene..si spera che il tutto sia legato alle preparazioni al momento..in ogni caso complimenti
