What can I say, everything was perfect. I had dinner here on my way back from Liguria. it was very cold so I had an excellent vegetable gardener and this delicious cotechino with purée which did not disappoint me at all 👌.

We came specifically from Milan to taste the famous Val di Taro mushrooms and we were not disappointed. Raw porcini salad, fried porcini mushrooms, truly excellent tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Also worth mentioning is the pork belly cooked at low temperature: very tender and tasty. Kind and helpful managers. Price in line with the quality and type of ingredients (porcini mushrooms). I would like to point out the possibility of asking for gluten-free dishes for celiacs.

Excellent service, owner welcoming and witty without being intrusive. Pleasant environment, good wine list. The only voice out of the chorus of the other reviews. 4 stars only for the truffle tagliolini with garlic, I would say it was a bad choice.

Ate very well, new discovery in
Center of Borgotaro. Anolini in broth were fabulous and the stuffed veal tip was also delicious!

I went for the first time for the New Year's Eve dinner... it was an excellent experience... the owner was born precisely to do this job... very nice.... but at the same time he makes you feel at home yours...excellent service...your wife is also very good...they are the soul of the place...the food is of excellent quality...at the end of dinner they entertained us all singing together accompanied by a nice gin and tonic ...I will definitely be back...well done, well done, well done!!!!

Ci trovavamo in zona, senza aver programmato nulla .. ma come al solito l'intuito non si è sbagliato: il Vecchio Borgo è stata un'ottima esperienza culinaria e umana. A partire dalla calorosa accoglienza dei titolari.
Ottima proposta dei piatti della tradizione, affiancati da preparazioni inusuali e ricercate (ad esempio il maialino a lenta cottura e servito piastrato). Apprezzabile (ed apprezzata!) la lista dei vini.
Da ritornarci!

Era già un po' che volevo pranzare in questo ristorante così ben recensito. Ieri si è presentata l'occasione e ne ho approfittato. Ho mangiato tortelli di zucca conditi con burro fuso e parmigiano e la punta di vitello ripiena. L'esperienza è andata oltre le mie più rosee aspettative. Piatti di assoluta bontà. Sullo stesso livello sia i dolci che il servizio. Prezzi proporzionati alla qualità delle materie prime. Ciliegina sulla torta l'accoglienza riservata anche ai nostri amici a quattro zampe.
