Excellent dinner based on local products of the highest quality. Fantastic fresh homemade pasta, top lasagne. Superlative “Barozzi-type” cake! Impeccable and fast service, very kind waiters who gave us really good advice. Welcoming and spacious environment.

After leaving the theatre, I always go to Pirri because the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is always efficient and courteous, but this time the schnitzel was a real shoehorn, too bad!

Bolognese cutlet definitely not... no flavor beyond the meat or the
Ham nor parmesan…. The old Modena escalope is delicious.... Spinach tasteless baked potatoes ditto and overpriced…. Good trifle but I wasn't thrilled with the one I make, it's better, the cream was lumpy and not very sweet... Welcoming place... Bathroom better not to comment

To my telephone request: "Are you able to blend a first course so that it becomes a puree?" the answer was :"We've never done it but we WOULD LIKELY!" The experience was positive, excellent smoothie meal and everything was ok for other able-bodied people too. We will definitely be back. Thank you

È un locale di lunga esperienza (immagino su un paio di generazioni) che ha mantenuto, nel tempo, un ottimo livello di cucina non trascurando il servizio. A Modena si mangia bene quasi dappertutto ma non sanno apparecchiare ed il servizio lascia a desiderare: alla Pirri è più che soddisfacente. Buona anche la scelta dei vini.
Confermo il giudizio abbondantemente positivo. L'ho scelto per i 41 di matrimonio (40 togliendo l'annus horribilis).

A pleasant rediscovery of a historic place for true Modenese, I returned after thirty years or perhaps more with two old friends, welcoming place, very kind staff, variety in the dishes without exaggerating as it should be, good choice of wines, I WAS VERY WELL.
I will definitely be back very soon.
I recommend booking.

Osteria tipica con un'atmosfera piacevole. Personale gentile e cibo buono (non dò la valutazione massima perché le mie buonissime tagliatelle erano un po' incollate tra di loro, e la zuppa inglese era un po' troppo fredda). Le porzioni sono forse poco generose, ma si tratta di un locale in cui tornerei volentieri.

Tagliatelle alla bolognese e la cotoletta alla bolognese..veramente deliziosa.
