Varadero In Firenze

This must be a local restaurant! There were a lot of customers and they were very friendly. I really liked the staff who were not only kind but witty and friendly. And my friend, it’s delicious. Lemon cream pasta? This is the pasta of life. The lobster pasta we ordered together was also delicious. Italian pasta has a more nutty flavor and a clean feel because the noodles soak up the sauce. I had it with wine and it was a very delicious and satisfying meal. Next time I come to Florence, I will come again~!~!

The best fish restaurant in Florence Excellent raw materials. A la carte menu always enriched by the proposals of the day, always different. Cozy place and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The chef in the kitchen is stellar. Recommended dishes Seafood paella and seafood carbonara. Top ❤️

Localino accogliente piacevole ed informale, cibo buono ed ambiente piacevole, di ispirazione cubana. Chiediamo un fritto di solo calamari e non misto con verdure e. a. come prevede il menu. La signora ci spiega doviziosamente perché non è possibile farlo. Prendiamo atto della sua articolat spiegazione. Ma neanche dopo poco tempo, vediamo passare davanti ai nostri occhi e servire al tavolo accanto, un fragrante fritto dorato di soli calamari... ne captiamo la vista e l'odore ma niente di più. E la doviziosa spiegazione della signora? boh. ....è comunque evidente neanche al Varadero siamo tutti uguali? Saranno trattamenti special riservati ai membri del PC Cubano? o la frittura è solo servita, ai dissidenti anti-castristi? Chissà.......per scoprirlo bisognerà tornarci. Vedremo :-)

Excellent food, the best fish restaurant in Florence, in my opinion. Dishes prepared with care, with a perfect touch of creativity. Informal place, small, but very welcoming. Friendly and welcoming staff. Absolutely worth trying

A very pleasant experience, starting from the courteous and friendly welcome to the service. Finding a fish-based restaurant with such a level of quality and freshness of the raw materials is not at all simple. Sincere congratulations! There are several proposals on the menu, truly inviting and not predictable, not to forget the exquisite artisanal desserts, very well presented. Highly recommended, we will happily return.

Seafood paella and vongole are great. Cream caramel is very good too.

Very good food with Cuban influence. Friendly staff. We ordered seafood paella and spaghetti vongole. Both are delicious. But the dessert Cuban creme caramel beats both dishes that we ordered earlier. It was so good that I wished I could have a second serving.

Sabato a cena: cercando di trattenete l'entusiasmo e le aspettative per le ottime recensioni fissiamo un tavolo per sabato a cena. Locale curato e allegro con circa 30 coperti più dehor esterno. Menù interessante e interessanti proposte fuori carta. Il servizio è molto attento e soprattutto preparato, lo staff sorridente, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Abbiamo preso due antipasti e due secondi più il dolce e caffè. Le porzioni sono giuste e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti dal gusto perchè si sente la qualità della materia prima e la capacità di preparare le pietanze. Andare a mangiare pesce, che sa di pesce veramente, non è una cosa scontata. Qui era tutto veramente buono! Abbiamo volutamente preso il vino della casa per capire il livello e anche quello mi ha soddisfatto, contanto che il giorno dopo stavamo benissimo (perchè se è andato tutto bene, soprattutto con pesce crudo, lo capisci solo dopo). Le porzioni sono giuste e sinceramente, per quanto riguarda i prezzi, mi sembrano onesti per la proposta che è di qualità e quindi il rapporto vale! Poi comunque sono nella media di Firenze. Anche sui vini, vedendo la lista, non fanno rincari esagerati, e tra l'altro hanno una buona scelta dal vermentino, trebbiano, prosecco, etc. Per trovare un difetto, forse gli spazi sono un pò sacrificati, ma siamo stati bene ed è questo quello che conta!
