Vapoforno is a historic bakery in Tivoli, managed with care and attention by the Casini family. The quality of the food and the taste are always a guarantee for a healthy and satisfying lunch break. 08/04/2026: The buffalo mozzarella, in our opinion, is neither bad nor bad. We'll try it again to confirm, as we've heard good things about it.
11/02/2026: Once inside, it's really hard not to want to take everything away. The products are refined and fresh, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Just be careful, as it's very, very expensive.

C'era Una Volta...Il Caffe

24/06/2026: I was staying at a nearby B&B, and when I passed by early in the morning, I could see the baker baking croissants. The next day I visited and had a lemon cream croissant and a cappuccino. It was so delicious that I bought a donut and a sfogliatella on my way out, and both were wonderfully tasty! I was also happy that they were inexpensive. I'm so glad I was able to experience Italian morning culture, which doesn't exist in Japan.
