I've only been to this restaurant twice, but I had a great time and will definitely return if time permits. Excellent food, friendly staff, and absolutely reasonable prices.

Mountain restaurant... good quality food... quick service... very friendly staff... As a first very positive experience... We will be back... abundant food... We have been back other times... last today July 9, 2023. Always good food. We returned again in April 2024... another positive experience... summer 2024... another positive experience... and today February 15, 2025... beautiful day... excellent food... welcoming and family atmosphere. Continued... time passes another day in Balme another lunch at Valentina's with friends... as always good food... welcoming mountain restaurant, excellent service... equally good atmosphere... for those who love simple and good things. We ate excellent polenta at this restaurant, which is barely noticeable from the outside. Good value. Reservations recommended, especially during the holidays.

The place is small but very cute, the staff very helpful, the home-cooked food is divine, the polenta is an excellent appetizer. Next time we'll try the other dishes. Now we know where to eat when we go up to the mountains.

In a charming mountain village, a small trattoria where you can enjoy excellent polenta for lunch and delicious pizza for dinner (one of the best I've ever had). Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value.
