Uva Passera In Baschi

My husband and I hiked the Silent Villages Trail, and on our second stop, we dined at the Uva Passera Osteria. Excellent lasagna and sautéed chicory with a fantastic burger (I'm celiac and was able to eat without any problems). Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and all the sunshine of Umbria and this splendid village of Morre, with its many lovely people. (I also wanted to mention the girl from the Arci club.)

We dined at this delightful restaurant during the Silent Villages Walk. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly friendly. We ordered a platter of cured meats, cheeses, and fried foods, each one better than the next, a richly seasoned and delicious pinsa, and some very flavorful and well-cooked arrosticini. There's also an excellent selection of wines.

A gem not to be missed if you pass by on your way to the Silent Villages! Excellent selection of local dishes. The torta al testo is delicious, as are other traditional dishes made with quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. Very interesting wine list! Very friendly staff who put everyone in a good mood. Highly recommended 🍀

We loved this unassuming spot. The staff were delightful and the lasagne special was out of this world. It was lovely sitting outside and the kids loved their pizza. Such great value. Thank you x

Highly recommended for those passing through Morre and, especially, for those tackling the Silent Villages Walk. Good food, good conversation, and superb hospitality.

Abbiamo cenato due volte durante una breve vacanza di relax in zona. Il ristorante è piccolo e senza pretese ma funzionale. Con i tavoli all'aperto il clima è proprio rilassante. La cucina locale è davvero buona e la gentilezza la fa da padrona! Lo consiglio assolutamente 👍🏻

Abbiamo prenotato il menù del pellegrino, a prezzo fisso di 18 euro, ed abbiamo fatto benissimo. Intanto perché i piatti compresi, lasagne alla boscaiola, filetto con bacon e cicoria ripassata, nn erano presenti nel menù alla carta ed erano ottimi!!! Abbiamo poi aggiunto un pecorino al forno con tartufo e uno zuccotto al pistacchio. Ottime le birre artigianali. Prezzi onestissimi. Consigliatissimo
