I live on the other side of the country and I travel on purpose to buy from Uppà, it has become my trusted bakery! Excellent products, friendly staff and spotlessly clean place. The owner is a hoot! Apart from the bakery it is possible to order take-away buffets, with panzerottini, mini sandwiches, rustici etc. Of all the goodies available, I recommend the low tomato focaccia and the brioche bread which, for the occasion, can be made in the shape of letters or numbers.
