Chef Mirto is meticulous, charming, and dedicated to his cuisine. The dishes are always carefully crafted, using top-quality ingredients and artisanal ingredients! You can also sample excellent homemade cakes. The service exudes elegance and attention to detail. The poetry and magic of the historic building and the thoughtful, warm, and refined interior create a unique and sensational atmosphere! I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge bar to anyone who wants to experience unforgettable moments with family or friends, and to anyone who loves music and enjoys attending top-notch concerts! My family and I were looking for a place like this, and we found it, and now it's a regular! There's also a music school on site! Personally, coming to Unison is always a fantastic experience!

We arrived by chance during the Christmas period, the atmosphere was a bit unusual but nice. The menu offers few dishes, but the dishes were well prepared, tasty, and refined. When it came to the bill, the only downside was a glass of Pino Nero for 6 euros, when 3-3.50 would have been more than enough (I had a restaurant too).

Visited the place on a Sunday during the antiques market. The atmosphere was as shown in the photos of other reviews. Friendly staff, good coffee and cake.
