Small but bright and well-kept, Impastè offers a Neapolitan pizza with a contemporary twist, with great attention to the quality of the raw materials. The dough is soft and well-cooked, the crust high but light. Excellent ingredients: courgette flowers, datterini tomatoes, tasty anchovies, all well-balanced. A nice discovery in the Affori area. Perfect for those looking for a modern pizza but with roots in tradition.

Small pizzeria but very well organized and managed. The very friendly staff provides detailed explanations on the products used.

Finally a contemporary pizza as it should be! I won't go into too much detail in the review, the place is clean and nice, the service is friendly and attentive to the customer, I noticed some sound-absorbing panels, but what matters most in my opinion is the quality of the pizza and the leavened products, absolutely impeccable, finally a place where you can eat well!! The pan pizza is also very good

Delicious meal with local and artisanal products from cola to pizza products at an affordable price! Also, I removed the cheese in the burger and they took that off the final bill, great commercial gesture!

Small place, clean and nice. Very kind and attentive staff. I appreciated the Red IPA and the Salsiccia e Friarielli, well cooked and not completely burnt (as happens in many pizzerias).
