Umami Gastrobar In Parma

I had lunch at Umami in Parma and had a positive experience. The restaurant is very welcoming and clean, with a refined atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A nice touch is the menu: it's presented like a newspaper (really original, it actually looks like a cooking magazine), a detail that makes the experience different from the usual. I ordered the chicken curry, which was well-cooked and flavorful, with a generous portion and meticulous presentation. Overall, the cuisine is good, and you can sense the attention to the ingredients. My only complaint: the price seemed a bit high for a business lunch, but it should also be noted that the restaurant isn't marketed as a "fast and cheap" place, so that's understandable. Recommended for those looking for a quality lunch in a pleasant and unique setting.

We were lucky enough to find a table outside without a reservation. Excellent food. Fair prices. Excellent organic wine. Very kind and smiling staff. We'll definitely be back.

I often stop by for lunch for work, my experience is definitely always 5-star, excellent value for money with premium ingredients and dishes prepared with attention to the smallest detail, the service is also top-notch with the owner's infinite courtesy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Attentive and courteous service although seeing the waiters "running" around the place does not help create a relaxing atmosphere. Food below expectations compared to what was told by friends who frequent it more often. I was not enthusiastic.

While passing through Parma, we popped in by chance for lunch as it was on our way... The result is a pleasant place, and despite the language barrier, the service was professional and friendly, making an effort on both sides... The result is excellent pasta on the plate and a pleasant, peaceful time spent.

Booked through The fork, as it was among the top 10 restaurants in Parma. The place is very nice and welcoming, we took the tagliatelle with meat sauce and the casadei with sauce, they were really delicious, then we tasted the simple fried pie filled with gorgonzola, very tasty and at a really low price! The prices are medium low in my opinion, because the quality is really high anyway. The service was quick and very friendly, after paying the bill, they also wanted to offer us coffee. Super recommended

Prenotato tramite The fork , dato che era tra i top 10 ristoranti a Parma. Il locale è molto carino ed accogliente, abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al ragù e i casadei al sugo , erano davvero buonissimi, poi abbiamo assaggiato la torta fritta semplice e ripiena di gorgonzola, molto gustosi ed a un prezzo davvero basso! I prezzi sono medio bassi a parer mio , perché comunque la qualità è davvero alta. Il servizio rapido e molto cordiale , dopo aver pagato il conto, ci volevano offrire anche il caffè. Super consigliato
