When I'm in Terni, it's one of my favorite places. This year, we were there for my birthday, and we opted for the seven-course chef's choice menu. Despite not having mentioned this when booking, the food they served was top-notch and beautifully presented. Well done.

It's a restaurant with refined, gourmet cuisine that also offers a generous serving. The highly trained and experienced chef reimagines sophisticated dishes, the fruit of extensive experience and a rich gastronomic culture, adapting them to local cuisine and ingredients. He's also very present at the table and eager to answer diners' questions, even generously sharing his preparation techniques. The service is also top-notch. The price is certainly reasonable, considering the quality and quantity.

Hidden between tenement buildings, this restaurant may look unassuming from the outside. The food is an explosion of unusual flavor combinations, beautifully presented. I tried the duck with peppery watermelon, chicory, and soy sauce; it was incredible, as was the crispy version of lasagna—I haven't had such delicious tomatoes in a long time.
The dessert also has a wonderful texture, offset by the crunch of thin chocolate, and a perfectly balanced sour and sweet flavor. A selection of several different breads, each one different, even the lemon one, is a truly captivating experience.
The prices are reasonable considering the quality, and the service is exceptional. A place truly worth visiting.

Fantastic culinary experience in Terni. The restaurant is well-maintained, not overly large, and the menu is modest but very refined. The dishes were all very good and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and professional. As a courtesy, I'd like to point out two small criticisms: I asked for the tagliata medium rare, but unfortunately it arrived well done, but it was still good; you could tell the meat was of high quality. I also found the menu on the website to be a bit of a mismatch, especially regarding the desserts. In any case, this didn't affect my overall rating, which remains very positive for the excellent selection of dishes and the attention to detail.

A top-notch restaurant, with a meticulously crafted tasting menu, expert staff, and, in my opinion, the chef deserves a Michelin star. The food is divine! There's no other restaurant in the province of Terni with such a high culinary standard!
