We tried several dishes, and I must say we were satisfied with all of them.
Especially the tagliatelle with hare ragù and white chocolate, and the gnocchi with beetroot, honey, lavender, and Taleggio cheese.
The pork ribs were incredibly tender, but in my opinion, they should have used a little less BBQ sauce (it overpowers the flavor too much).

I started with a fresh and colorful appetizer, featuring a special sweet and sour mix: truly excellent and beautifully presented, it was accompanied by a selection of breads of various types and qualities. The glass of Merlot was also excellent, a perfect pairing. The tagliata was one of the best surprises: perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, a sign of great attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and never intrusive, making it a perfect evening.

We went last night as a couple. Very friendly staff. Unique dishes with bold yet well-balanced flavors. The Valnerina ramen was truly excellent. My girlfriend, who is celiac, was able to eat almost everything, including the first course. We chose the à la carte menu, which I recommend because the prices aren't high for the quality offered; on the contrary, I would recommend increasing the prices of the dishes given the quality, the combinations, and the service provided. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.

I had dinner at Umami on a very hot evening in July. The outdoor area is nice with a nice table setting, but in the courtyard an abandoned building is proudly displayed. The food is very good: I recommend the courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta. The prawns with grilled fruit and vegetables were also excellent, accompanied by a superlative tomato ice cream with smoked paprika. A more than honest account.
For the Municipality: the promotion of tourism also includes the care of small places, perhaps even just with a panel that covers the ruined building!

Trovandosi a Terni, in più di lunedì !! il vecchio DeGustibus temeva fortemente di doversi accontentare del famoso convento. Ma questo grazioso locale si è rivelato un bella sorpresa, soprattutto per una carta davvero interessante, ampia e di estrema ricerca. Da censurare invece la famosa lista del giorno a prezzo fisso che disonora che punta sulla ricerca. E qua di ricerca ce n’è fin troppa come dimostra un temerario risotto con pesche, basilico e bottarga che va probabilmente rivisto ma ha comunque attratto il vostro. Quasi impeccabile l’uovo con gazpacho di fragole e capocollo, solo un po’ carico di sapidità ma comunque riuscito. Altre chicche da provare nel menù che è il punto forte di questo, promosso, locale

Non è la prima volta che vado da Umami e ogni visita è una conferma della loro eccellenza. Ogni piatto è un capolavoro di sapori, equilibrio e creatività. La qualità degli ingredienti è sempre altissima e si percepisce l’attenzione ai dettagli in ogni portata. Il personale è cortese, attento ma mai invadente, e l’atmosfera del locale è raffinata ma accogliente.
Tornerò ancora con grande piacere!
