A very pleasant experience. We had the anarchic tasting menu. The dishes were interesting and tasty. Service was quite quick despite there being quite a few people. The only flaw was the service at the end, where we waited a bit too long between dessert and dessert. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and they were also incredibly flexible. I had booked for 8:30 PM, we arrived well in advance, and yet we didn't have to wait. A bonus!

A small restaurant in the center of Terni where you can enjoy traditional dishes.
We ordered the tagliata, and I must say the meat was excellent. We also wanted to try the duck, which I really enjoyed...

The dishes were truly delicious and the service attentive. The portions of the first course were a bit small, but the second course was plentiful and tasty. The only flaw: the room temperature was too warm and there was no air conditioning, which made the dinner a little less pleasant. I was sweating the entire time.

We tried several dishes, and I must say we were satisfied with all of them.
Especially the tagliatelle with hare ragù and white chocolate, and the gnocchi with beetroot, honey, lavender, and Taleggio cheese.
The pork ribs were incredibly tender, but in my opinion, they should have used a little less BBQ sauce (it overpowers the flavor too much).

I started with a fresh and colorful appetizer, featuring a special sweet and sour mix: truly excellent and beautifully presented, it was accompanied by a selection of breads of various types and qualities. The glass of Merlot was also excellent, a perfect pairing. The tagliata was one of the best surprises: perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, a sign of great attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and never intrusive, making it a perfect evening.
