I had a fantastic experience at Umani. The food was excellent, but the tartare was truly the dish that impressed me the most. As a traveller, I can confirm that the quality was exceptional: simply spectacular, one of the best I have ever tasted. To conclude, I chose a trio of tiramisu, and I must say that the peanut one was phenomenal, so much so that that alone would have been enough! Congratulations to the whole team for the excellent cuisine and hospitality

Buona esperienza in un locale dove avevo festeggiato il compleanno alcuni anni fa.
Il locale si presenta come sempre ordinato e curato.
Menu che prevede carne e pesce con alcune ricercatezze che mi sono piaciute.
Conto finale corretto e congruo a come mangiato.
Buona carta dei vini e maître ai vini attenta e precisa alle spiegazioni.

Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti e devo dire ci hanno soddisfatto tutti.
In particolar modo le tagliatelle con ragù di lepre e cioccolato bianco, gli gnocchi con rapa rossa, miele, lavanda e taleggio.
Costine di maiale tenerissime, però a mio avviso andrebbe messa un pochino meno salsa bbq (sovrasta troppo il sapore).
