We had an excellent fish dinner: lobster linguine, various seafood appetizers. Really very beautiful location, both inside and out.

The location is awesome, in an old Tonnara, close to a small harbour and actually on a small beach. The food is made with fresh ingredients, but it's not really outstanding. We had sea food salad, pulpo on caponata and grilled calamari and red gambas. None were particularly special. The cannolo variazione, was indeed amazing, a very aromatic version of a traditional cannolo. Overall, a bit overpriced.

I went to this really delicious sea view restaurant. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. Compliments to the chef for the dishes, beautiful and delicious. The location is splendid with relaxing lights and colors. When I return to Sicily I will come to visit you again.

Il ristorante U Rais, all'interno dell'hotel Tonnara a Trabia, è sempre una garanzia! Materie prime di qualità cucinate ad arte per un'esperienza culinaria che non si dimentica! Una menzione ed un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la professionalità, la disponibilità e la simpatia... ci fanno sempre sentire a casa e coccolati!

Ho avuto l’occasione di trascorrere una settimana presso l’hotel tonnara ed ho cenato tutte le sere al Rais. Sono stato estremamente soddisfatto dalla qualità dei piatti e dal personale di sala. Ho potuto assaporare molti dei piatti proposti nel menù e ho potuto apprezzare accostamenti eleganti e particolari. Consigliatissimo

30/07/2024: Cacey is the BEST person in the whole world. Also I really enjoy the beer they serve. My wife likes the bowls of cheese, I also like it.... But she REALLY likes it, kinda like psycho likes it. Also errrrbody else there is always wonderful and makes me happy.

26/07/2024: Service rapide et agréable. Pizzas excellentes et très copieuses (doggy bag possible !). Nous avons vu passer des plats de pâtes tout aussi alléchants ! Prix corrects et tout à fait justifiés par la qualité et la quantité. Courrez-y ! Nous y retournerons assurément !
20/07/2024: Locale carino, personale simpatico e gentile, abbiamo cenato a base di pesce consigliati dal proprietario che è stato squisito, pescato del giorno in umido, zuppa di lenticchie e gamberetti marinati e fritti, tutto ottimo. Il proprietario gentilissimo si è offerto di accompagnarci l'indomani alla grotta segreta. Consigliatissimo
