Great experience at El Focacciaro! I had the pleasure of trying El Focacciaro in Bari and I was really impressed on several fronts. Let's start with the speed of service: it's exceptional! Despite the turnout, the order management is very fast and efficient, a point in their favor when you have little time but don't want to give up quality. One aspect that I really appreciate is the search for raw materials. You can clearly perceive the attention in the selection of ingredients, which translates into authentic and genuine flavors. This really makes the difference and elevates the focaccia to a higher level. Last but not least, the selection of focaccia in all its time slots is impeccable. Whether for breakfast, a quick lunch or an afternoon snack, the quality and variety are always top notch. The focaccia is always fragrant and with the right crunchiness, regardless of the time you enjoy it. I highly recommend El Focacciaro to anyone looking for authentic focaccia, fast service, and top-notch ingredients. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommended place to try the focaccia, panzerotti, and other things they sell there. The flavor is excellent and the price is very affordable. We spent about €4 per person and ate a few blocks away with a beautiful view.

Locale posto in una traversa del lungomare cittadino. È un tipico forno barese, forse un po' troppo pieno di turisti. I prodotti sono buoni ed il costo è contenuto, però ci si accorge di essere in un luogo non più molto frequentato dai baresi. Lo consiglio per chi è nei paraggi.
