We recently visited this bakery, drawn by the quality of the products, which we'd heard were excellent, but unfortunately our experience was marred by the service we received. The courtesy of the staff, especially the young woman with glasses, truly disappointed us. We felt they treated customers superficially and haughtily, assuming that everyone entering the establishment must be thoroughly familiar with the menu and its specifics. This attitude, far from the helpfulness one would expect in a welcoming environment, left us feeling disdainful and uncomfortable. Furthermore, we'd liked to order a pizza without olives, but the response we received seemed unfriendly, almost as if we'd been told we weren't entitled to ask for a change. We understand that every restaurant has its own unique characteristics, but a little more openness and kindness would certainly have been appreciated. Although the products are undoubtedly good, the treatment we received made us feel overlooked, and unfortunately, this ruined the experience. We hope they can improve the staff's attitude, because the quality of the food deserves a much more welcoming environment.
