What can I say? Exceptional! Go there even if you have to travel a bit. It's worth it. Tobia is friendly and very good at making focaccia and panzerotti. You'll be spoiled for choice. And everything is great! Affordable prices.

It nonchalantly ranks among the best focaccia shops in Puglia. I tried various savory dishes, including the ever-present focaccia barese, tuna-filled panzerotti, pork chop panzerotti, stuffed danubio, and pepper focaccia. So many delicious dishes, served by the kindness of the lovely lady Katia. Highly recommended!

Masseria Vecchia Mastro Marco

30/11/2025: Today, November 30th, we spent half a day at the masseria. We had a delightful lunch, aperitif with prosecco, and various excellently prepared appetizers, creatively combining typical local ingredients like zucca pazza (crazy squash), eggplant, and zucchini. Chef Francesco highlighted each vegetable, bringing out its flavor. Congratulations. A truly unique place.
10/10/2025: An old farmhouse expertly renovated and transformed into an excellent restaurant, where you can discover the essence of Apulian culinary art. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent food, and fine wine. Recommended.
