I give it 5 stars!! It was my first time there. Everything was delicious: the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The fried calamari was hearty and delicious. The Nutella cheesecake was super delicious!! It was the bomb!! The service was fast and the waiters were friendly and helpful! 💓🌟

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more), it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin. The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius. 16/01/2026: **Exceptional seafood experience in Bari!** We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.
