Such a great place - a must go. Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Italy - the cheese was so good, the tomato sauce - everything. The owner was also an absolute legend and very kindly and patiently listened to my horrible Italian.

Say what? Best pizza, atmosphere incredible and the owner is not only a good waiter, but he cooks one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Thanks for all the experience! We will definitely come back. Again, one of the best pizzas and the quality of the ingredients is incredible. Viva Napoli! Viva Tutta Nata Storia!

The best fried pizza I've ever eaten

We will return, as soon as we have worked off the calories from dinner, to taste the other dishes on the menu......but the white pizza is truly formidable and we are still craving it! Thanks Giuseppe for the lovely evening. The two hours spent in the restaurant, chatting with Giuseppe and excellent food, flew by quickly. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my birthday. nei vicoli della capitale della valle d'itria , vive la piu' pura tradizione partenopea , grazie all'amico giuseppe , di origine arzanese , la sua verace pizzeria napoletana , un'arte viva da tre generazioni , originaria dell'antico culto della panificazione , che unita a prodotti di assoluta qualita', al forno a legna , all'atmosfera tipica , casereccia , accogliente , che sa in ogni angolo di calore napoletano , alla musica in sottofondo sempre a tema , alla straordinaria simpatia , umorismo , cordialita' del suo titolare , che anche nell'impegno del lavoro e della sua passione , e' sempre pronto alla battuta con la sua clientela , in un clima giocoso e spiritoso , che rende il tutto ancora piu' squisito e speciale!!! fritti : i classici del fritto napoletano , provola e bufala in pastella , crocche' di patate , frittatina di pasta , fiore di zucca , le squisite montanarine , tutto sfizioso e gustoso! pizze : dalle mani di un maestro panificatore , un mix perfetto fra morbidezza e croccantezza , gustosa e saporita , leggera , sempre ben condita , classica margherita o con mozzarella di bufala , la speciale fritta/infornata , super condita con salsa di pomodoro di altissima qualita' e cicoli di maiale, sempre buonissime , in bocca il saporre della pizza tradizionale napoletana unita alla fragranza del pane appena sfornato!!! cucina : nel menu' classico napoletano non poteva mancare un primo , e che primo , " pasta ammiscata,patane è provola " , una delle ricette piu' antiche e piu' attuali della buona cucina partenopea ! una vera prelibatezza , un piatto ricco e completo , a cui nessun napoletano sa rinunciare , e giuseppe ne propone una versione golosa , buona , sempre con prodotti di primissima qualita', pasta cotta al dente in maniera perfetta , mantecata al momento davanti agli occhi dei suoi clienti , una delizia di cui leccarsi i baffi e soprattutto la padella!!! eccezionale!!! dolci : dal forno delle meraviglie non potevano mancare a fine pasto i dolci , anche qui la tradizioone la fa da padrona , con le sfogliatelle , buonissime , e le torte tipiche , tutta sempre rigorosamente produzuone propria , una dolcezza suisita! tutte le bonta' tradizionali della cucina napoletana!!! una vera esperienza , un viaggio nel mondo partenopeo , nelle sue tradizooni , cultura , arte , delizie culinarie! il mondo creato da giuseppe che con la sua arte antica, passione , simpatia , riesce a coinvolgere i suoi ospiti , conquistandoli con il suo lavoro , uno spaccato delizioso di napoletanita' che rende ogni delizia ancora piu' gustosa da assaporare!!! ce verimm guaglio' !!!

Yesterday we made a fantastic discovery! In the heart of Martina Franca in a labyrinth of alleys there is a fabulous pizzeria. We were catapulted directly into Naples. A unique and magical place, here time seems to have stopped, we are at Giuseppe's house and we are waiting for a table because there are no reservations here. I can assure you that the wait isn't long. Giuseppe does everything from table service to cooking, all with great joy and passion for his work. His every word, a comment is a beautiful laugh, a charismatic guy! A very particular spartan location, where you can smell the smells of life in an environment full of particular vintage antique objects above all…. And then there are some beautiful photos hanging on the walls, very old photos where you can feel the past and the love for your work. The menu is practical with few things but I assure you made with the heart! The pizzas were delicious and then served like this... on a sheet of paper it was exciting. It took me back to a time when my father often used these sheets to wrap the bread. And then the scent of the wood-fired oven reigns supreme! I recommend the delicious dessert accompanied by original Sorrento limoncello! We absolutely must go back to where we spent carefree hours, in a context of Neapolitan magic! and then we absolutely have to try the pasta with potatoes and try it soon!

Very rustic and unique place. The atmosphere is very homemade and the location is fantastic, a piece of Naples in the historic center of Martina Franca. Real Neapolitan pizza at more than fair prices. I highly recommend the sausage and broccoli pizza. A round of applause to Peppiniello, owner of the pizzeria, a very nice true Neapolitan.

Are you looking for the perfect mise en place or the typical chilly place for jocks? This place is not for you. If, however, you want to live an exceptional culinary experience, characterized by the wonderful Neapolitan tradition combined with Giuseppe's friendliness, then you absolutely must allow your taste buds to delight in truly fantastic flavours.
