Been back a few times now and never been disappointed. I'm not great with varying my choices it's always 'Torcoli alla Piripicchio'.. and each time I order the waiter offers his congratulations.. Pictures don't do this marvelous dish justice.. The mussels were delicious and the half lobster tasty. All dressed with a flavourful tomato sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly with a little bite, all washed down with a bottle of the House White.. decent enough.. waiting staff are very professional and atmosphere vibrant.
Each time I'm in Milan I make a point of coming here

A lovely restaurant in the San Siro area of Milan. The staff is friendly and welcoming, as are the owners. The dishes are excellent and tasty, from the appetizers to the desserts. Recommended dishes are the torcoli alla piripicchio and the orecchiette with braciole. Highly recommended.

The interiors were beautiful, but:
The small room at the back where we were was so loud that at a table of four, it was almost impossible to hear each other and therefore to talk to each other...
The last pizza arrived when others were already halfway through theirs (and there were four pizzas...)

Friendly and family atmosphere
Generous portions, just the way I like them, including the dessert, which is practically double the size.
Definitely worth visiting more often.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered fried artichokes, lobster gnocchi, a Milanese cutlet, and a dessert. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere is informal, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Sono stata oggi stesso a pranzo al ristorante Trotter a Milano.Riassumo in poche parole: eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pesce fresco e ottimamente cucinato. Spaghetti con cozze il cui sapore mi ha fatto sentire “a casa”. Eccellente ospitalità e cura per il cliente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
