13/07/2025: A few months later (we were there in March), I'm leaving a review because I found the photos in the gallery. It was a Saturday and there were only four tables occupied. The place is pleasant, not too chaotic, and the menu is certainly not predictable. The service is attentive, perhaps even a little too attentive. We were served by a very knowledgeable young man, but I find it unnecessary to rush to refill the glass as soon as you see an empty water glass, because if the other diners are talking, it can be annoying. The wine was excellent, and you could sense the attention to detail in the menu. The fregola was good, but we were expecting a classic fregola, not a broth-style one; that wasn't specified on the menu. My boyfriend wanted a gin at the end of the meal, but in a rather nonexistent way, despite having asked for a few gins he liked, he was pushed into choosing a tomato gin, without ice because the waiter told us he prefers it that way. Unfortunately, he couldn't finish it because his glass was taken away with the drink still in it. Good but for me, having heard about it for a while, a bit overrated.
02/07/2025: We followed the advice of a friend of ours and we were so satisfied that we will definitely return! The staff is extraordinary in terms of competence and kindness. The dishes are made with care and great attention to freshness and quality. Niche wine list and extremely knowledgeable sommelier. Really good! Valentina and Antonio.
