The Trippini restaurant is located in the beautiful and evocative village of Civitella del Lago. The Trippini family's restaurant is well-kept and elegant. Luca's welcome and service are impeccable. Paolo's cuisine is an experience absolutely worth trying. If you have any particular dietary needs, do not hesitate to let them know in advance and you will certainly be satisfied. There were five of us and a totally plant-based menu was designed for me, as I am vegan, while for a friend of ours, a totally gluten-free and lactose-free menu. All truly excellent, with original and refined combinations. It is not a given to find this openness towards the different needs of customers, therefore, I renew my gratitude to Paolo and Luca, we will come to visit you soon.

Tasty food. Good host with passion for his work and a lot of knowledge of wines and products. In addition, you have beautiful views and sunsets here.

What can I say; a great restaurant in a tiny, remote village in the heart of Umbria. Great local food, great wines. Exceptional! A restaurant worth driving around for, worth a mention in any culinary guide. Thanks chef, we enjoyed it.
