The Trippini restaurant is located in the beautiful and evocative village of Civitella del Lago. The Trippini family's restaurant is well-kept and elegant. Luca's welcome and service are impeccable. Paolo's cuisine is an experience absolutely worth trying. If you have any particular dietary needs, do not hesitate to let them know in advance and you will certainly be satisfied. There were five of us and a totally plant-based menu was designed for me, as I am vegan, while for a friend of ours, a totally gluten-free and lactose-free menu. All truly excellent, with original and refined combinations. It is not a given to find this openness towards the different needs of customers, therefore, I renew my gratitude to Paolo and Luca, we will come to visit you soon.

Tasty food. Good host with passion for his work and a lot of knowledge of wines and products. In addition, you have beautiful views and sunsets here.

What can I say; a great restaurant in a tiny, remote village in the heart of Umbria. Great local food, great wines. Exceptional! A restaurant worth driving around for, worth a mention in any culinary guide. Thanks chef, we enjoyed it.

During a visit to Civitella del Lago, I had the pleasure of dining at the Trippini Restaurant, the experience was exceptional. First, the location of the restaurant is breathtaking. The view of Lake Corbara, especially at sunset, creates an enchanting and relaxing atmosphere that adds invaluable value to the meal. Trippini's cuisine is a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. Each dish is prepared with the freshest local ingredients and presented with great care. The dishes represent an explosion of flavors and demonstrate the chef's ability to reinvent traditional Umbrian recipes. The staff is courteous, professional and attentive to every detail, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. You can clearly see the passion and dedication they put into their work. I recommend the Trippini Restaurant to anyone who wants to live an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a fascinating setting.

Vistas increíbles, un gran servicio y una comida y vino encantadores en este restaurante de gestión familiar. Cenamos y todos los cursos fueron muy buenos, presentación encantadora y sabía delicioso. Fuimos atendidos por Luca (su hermano es el chef muy talentoso) y su conocimiento de la comida y el vino eran excelentes, dándonos sugerencias de maridaje de vinos y mucha información y recomendaciones con respecto a la comida y bebida de la zona local. Las vistas son espectaculares, recomendamos encarecidamente visitar si se encuentra en la zona.

Dopo un po’ di tempo siamo tornati da Trippini e come sempre siamo stati molto bene. Location intima con vista sul lago, piatti molto buoni e ricercati che fanno emergere tutto il territorio. Una menzione speciale allo chef che ci ha accompagnato nel racconto di tutto il menù. A presto

You may find yourself dining alone in this petite jewel box of a restaurant, but rest assured, there is nothing to fear— Paolo served us himself and we could truly see and taste the love and care put into every dish. We enjoyed every moment, from the delicious small bites at the start to the chef’s astounding take on the snack his grandmother used to make him for dessert. The gorgeous view was a lovely addition to the incredible culinary experience. Paolo brought us two sweet wines to taste before serving our desserts; both were such great choices that we ordered a glass of each. We hope to return.
