Great gnocchi, highly recommend. The service was nice, arranged a place to stay for us even tho we weren’t sure that we’ll eat. Great dining experience, and for Portofino, relatively well-priced

The €4 service charge is reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants, but the portions are, as expected, very small and the quality rather poor. The gnocchi were still delicious, though.

A very enjoyable experience, dining in Portofino by the port. The food was great, the portions were medium sized, but the location and atmosphere created a memorable experience.

Fabulous mandini pesto.. Great service. The food was very good. We loved the gnocchi and the prosciutto melone. The service was fast and friendly. Lovely place by the water.

One of the best restaurant i ever was. The flat noodles with pesto (their type of lasagne) is very delicious. The panna cotta was also superb. Very friendly service.

Tuvimos una gran cena en Trattoria Trípoli! Apreciamos que era un poco más tranquilo y escondido de los grandes restaurantes en la zona principal de Portofino. Tuvimos un gran servicio con camareros muy divertidos y nuestra comida era deliciosa. Habíamos querido volver pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Sin embargo, esta fue una noche memorable y esperamos volver algún día.

12/08/2025: Tried during a day at the beach, the restaurant offers a lovely shaded veranda where you can enjoy lunch al fresco. The mixed seafood appetizer is excellent (honorable mention goes to the very interesting tuna mosciame), followed by spaghetti alla marinara, the restaurant's signature dish, truly delicious in its simplicity, and finishing with seasonal fish and ice cream. Friendly service. Reservations are required. Prices reflect the quality of the ingredients offered.
10/08/2025: We stopped at this restaurant before heading back to Portofino and after spending a few hours on the beach in San Fruttuoso. The service was quick, very friendly, and the food was delicious (the pesto lasagna was truly fantastic). Perhaps the mixed fried fish was a bit cheap for the price (€23), and they could add more squid rings. I recommend booking in advance, or if, like us, you're walking from Camogli and arrive early enough, book directly on site!
