This is a culinary experience you don’t want to miss. Fresh, local fish cooked to perfection, followed by pasta tossed in the rich, flavorful broth — truly a unique way to enjoy the traditional Brodetto alla Vastese.
The food was outstanding, the service warm and welcoming, and everything felt authentically local. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Clean, tidy location, where you can eat not only the brodetto but a journey of dishes that tell the sea and the Adriatic coast, excellent wine list, very competitive price for the quality of the products served.

The food was very good and the atmosphere was welcoming. The difference compared to other places I visited was made by the staff.
Alfredo... welcomes you with a smile and adds great professionalism to his courtesy.
The environment gives the feeling of fresh, fresh seafood appetizer in all its facets. A brodetto to be praised for its cooking, freshness of the raw material with a light and delicate result. With perfect croutons both in size and toasting. With the addition of tagliolini at the end that made the dish more than satisfying. For two people, I highly recommend you try it.

In the center of Vasto, I think they make one of the best fish soups in the area. The staff were very kind, professional and also very nice.

Locale che conoscevamo già, l'ultima volta ci siamo stati 4/5 mesi fa', una conferma, anzi qualcosa in più. Lo Chef Nicola che conosco ormai da più di 20 anni, da quando aveva un Ristorante a San Salvo Marina è stato sempre una garanzia in cucina è riuscito nel tempo a innovare i piatti, ma mantenendo sempre la territorialità degli stessi. Oggi non abbiamo preso Il Brodetto, piatto "Forte" di questo locale, ma alcuni antipasti, primi e secondi, strepitosi. Complimenti anche al cameriere, molto attento e professionale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
