A day of unfortunate events ended with a smile. We opted for two appetizers to shorten the wait for the brodetto, followed by pasta with its respective sauce. There's a bit of a wait due to the lengthy preparation time for the main course, but it's worth it. The service is attentive and friendly. I recommend the preparation.

We chose this restaurant based on the excellent reviews, and I agree with what others have said. We had excellent fish appetizers, including the famous Vasto-style brodetto. It was a great experience, both for the quality of the dishes and the service and courtesy of the owners. We will definitely be back.

There were two of us. Two appetizers, a fish soup, and a dessert. I really enjoyed the cuttlefish with ventricina, but I didn't like the seafood salad. The fish soup was very good and plentiful. Impeccable service. Pleasant atmosphere. It cost €96 for two glasses of wine and water.

Ottimo brodetto lo consiglio veramente Dopo averlo finito nel sughetto ti calano una pasta fresca al peperone ottima. Consiglio uno in due Poi una volta finito se si vuole assaggiate altro ma prima no altrimenti non vi gustate questa prelibatezza

Arte e Tradizione

28/06/2025: During my stay in Ortona I made breakfast at 'Arte e Tradizione' a regular and daily appointment. The bocconotti are exceptional, every bite was an explosion of flavor. The owners are very kind and friendly. If I have the opportunity to return to Ortona, we will definitely see each other again!
30/03/2025: The owner is from Castel Frentano, and also lives there, very good Bocconotti, excellent coffee, simple place but very clean even in the laboratory. (as per true Castellina tradition).
