It's reminiscent of a trattoria from the '70s and '80s; simple recipes, a well-written, clear, and strictly paper-based menu; polite, very friendly, and minimalist staff; authentic decor. In short, it feels like a return to good manners and authentic cuisine. Every time I'm in the area, it's a regular stop for me!

Typical Emilian trattoria.
For those who want to eat well and healthily with 100/100 advice, rustic free-range as tradition dictates.
Very good meat and I appreciated that side dish based on onion and tomato, I think sfincione, a delicacy to lick your hair.

Very famous in the 70s, the people of Bologna met on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner.
It has remained the same, even the menu - classic Bolognese and excellent. Well done!

Posto semplice con l’atmosfera di una volta. Piatti della tradizione, buoni con pasta fatta in casa. Ottimi i tortellini e buone le tagliatelle. Non male il friggione.

,,, appena fuori bologna oltre la tangenziale la trattoria Vilma ci accoglie (con comodo parcheggio) in una ambientazione accuratamente rustica , proponendo un menu vario ed esauriente, aggiungendo (a voce) alcuni piatti veramente imperdibili (pasta e fagioli, baccalà al forno) ,,, vini della casa all'altezza delle portate, servizio gradevole, sorridente e soprattutto efficiente ,,, il conto senza sorprese invita a tornare
