I chose this Osteria in the center of Comacchio on a recommendation, and it was an excellent dinner. We ordered a seafood appetizer, fried fish, and the Comacchio specialty, grilled eel, which we tried for the first time. Everything was excellent and tasty. To finish, we had sorbets and torta della nonna. Highly recommended.

A great find, thanks to a friend's recommendation. An old-school place, but not stale; on the contrary, it's fresh and vibrant. Where you can rediscover traditional Comacchio dishes. The risotto was truly special.

The eel broth, seafood risotto, fish skewers, and zuppa inglese were excellent. I can't comment on the other dishes as I haven't tried them.

Last night we had dinner at Vasco & Giulia and we were thrilled! 🌟 The staff were extremely kind and always available, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the dishes were truly exceptional, with attention to detail and rich flavor. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to eat well in Comacchio; we'll definitely be back!

Siamo stati a cena giovedì 10 luglio eravamo in 3 ed abbiamo prenotato. L’osteria è posizionata a ridosso dei locali turistici ma non nel cuore della movida. Locale spartano è molto piccolo. Abbiamo preso 2 tagliatelle alla bolognese ( buonissimo) un antipasto di anguilla marinata. Abbiamo anche preso una frittura abbondante, fritta benissimo ( dorata al punto giusto). Abbiamo speso il giusto ed il servizio è stato rapido e professionale. Veramente una bella esperienza da consigliare a chi non vuole un locale turistico. Bravi, consigliatissimo

Questo ristorante mi è piaciuto sia per i piatti che per la posizione, in centro ma fuori dalla ressa del turismo. Piatti tipici di pesce come gli ottimi garganelli di pesce o il fritto misto croccante e per niente unto. Davvero una bella scoperta.

17/11/2025: A lovely trattoria in the heart of the pedestrianized historic center. Typical Ferrarese menu with other good options. Everything is very good, but... The portions are really small, you risk leaving hungry... Too bad. Quick and efficient service. The price is high, but it always depends on the price and how much you eat. NOEMI increases the portions and everything will be perfect. Tourists, you have to try the Salamina con purée, it's very good, as are the cappellacci and cappelletti. It's always best to book... 👋
14/11/2025: Typical Ferrarese cuisine. Pizzini with cured meats, pumpkin ravioli with ragù, and the fabulous tenerina. Superb service. The waitress was lively and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The Lab - Food to Feel

11/11/2025: This is my first review, but I felt compelled to leave one. The food is exceptional, but it's the staff that leaves me speechless. Their customer service and friendliness are second to none. An experience! Thank you, stay the same, I can't wait to come back ❤️
05/11/2025: Absolutely top notch steak and a brilliant wine menu to boot. The service lets this place down. Often slow, mixed messaging/forgetful, just not at all on the same level as the food and decor. Is exceptionally noisy when full (which is always as it is understandably popular). Upgrading the service would take this from a good steak dispenser to an actual experience worth redoing.
