Good morning, We had lunch yesterday and there were four of us. The welcome was very genuine and kindness was not lacking. We ordered four starters, four main courses, wine, water and 1 dessert. The food was of course all fish based. Excellent quality, freshness and perfect cooking of the dishes. The receipt was 158 euros. Perfect quality/price ratio. All four of us will definitely be back.

We felt like at home. We ate very well. Grilled marinated eel, clams and super desserts. Must try to believe. Well done, keep it up. With very fresh products. We can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our Sunday lunch in this place with a vintage atmosphere that stands still in time. Too bad the table attached to the bathroom :/ I really appreciated the eel risotto as it was really delicate but tasty. My boyfriend wanted to try the eel with cabbage but unfortunately it was sold out. The choice of the second course therefore fell on the grill, thanks to the owner for recommending a portion of around 400g for one person! We left satisfied and full! Personal taste, but even if grilled, the eel was quite fatty and I didn't appreciate it as much as I would have thought but nothing to say about the preparation. A few pieces of polenta would also have been appreciated instead of having to order a separate salad as a side dish. House wine that can be improved, very mediocre in my opinion. The thing I appreciated least was that, by asking to split the bill in half, it was not at all clear the cost of the dishes as it was all a single item. Not very transparent, not beautiful. And for heaven's sake, at least two bathrooms would have been necessary for the size of the room! Comacchio is full of places, I'm happy to have tried this but I don't think I'll return even if I didn't eat badly.

A restaurant that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The environment is very intimate, almost like a grandparents' house, intimate and well-kept a stone's throw from the center. The dishes are simply excellent. Quality ingredients with truly delicious flavors, served without many frills but with great care. We pay more attention to substance than appearance and this does not leave us disappointed.

Siamo andati una sera di un ponte, pensavamo che ci fosse, locale pieno ma ben gestito piatti molto buoni da ritornarci .

08/02/2025: Quiet and clean environment. Meat and fish menu with super generous portions. Courteous staff, fast service. Parking on public streets in the immediate vicinity. Prices in line with the menu. Advised.
05/02/2025: I'm in Ferrara for work, dinner was suggested to me by the B&B where I was staying. The one and only sore point is that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings and therefore I had to fall back on other structures, which do not have the same level of cleanliness / service / location and super convenient price. I tried both the fixed and à la carte menu and I was surprised by the quality of both, they also have still warm bread made by them, in short every time I go it reminds me of home-made dinners, try it.

16/01/2025: We recently had lunch at this establishment 🍽 and were certainly satisfied 👍. Having arrived on site around 1.30pm 🕜 with the aim of reaching a nearby restaurant which later turned out to be closed 🚫, we then spotted the Forchettone almost by chance as we drove past it in the car 🚘. As soon as we entered we were cordially welcomed by a waitress 👩🏼 who immediately let us choose a table of our liking; we then sat down next to the window 🪟 and began to browse the price list 📋. The variety of proposals available is certainly valid, all tasty and based on a cuisine mainly based on fish. In the end we opted for a couple of first courses (tagliolini with prawns 🍤 and squid 🦑), two second courses (fish skewers 🍢 and fried prawns 🍤, squid 🦑 and courgettes 🥒) and a side dish (baked potatoes 🥔). To complete the order, two glasses of white wine and a liter of sparkling water 💧, as well as a lemon sorbet 🍋 and two coffees ☕ at the end of the meal. All truly delicious 😋 and also served quickly; the portions are generous and the choreographic aspect of the courses is also valid (see photos 📸 attached 📎). The lady 👩🏻 who helped us prepare a takeaway tray of leftover food was very kind. Fair prices (73 euros 💶 the total), especially when compared to the quality and quantity offered. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴, although a freshening up could help. The furnishings and general theme of the place are pleasant. We certainly liked it, which is why I RECOMMEND IT 👍.
14/01/2025: Food sufficient. The waitresses are nice. The place is outdated and has little light. Prices normal.
