What we liked most was the service; the two ladies were very friendly and kind.
The food was average, but the portions were small.

We had lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the two ladies in the dining room were kind.
We chose eel risotto, which was good, although I was a bit disappointed. Knowing pasta with eel sauce is a good choice, I expected a different flavor.
Then the grilled eel was good, although perhaps a little too dry.
Prices were reasonable.

We came here to try the eel and were very satisfied. We tried an excellent eel risotto, stewed eel, and grilled eel with polenta. All accompanied by a local red, as Artusi commands. A pleasant discovery.

Mixed seafood appetizer with scallops, served fresh with the chef's mayonnaise, then we ordered grilled eel with polenta and we were not disappointed. Truly excellent, perfectly cooked over the grill. Very friendly and prompt service. The sparkling white wine was very welcome, and the desserts were very good. My only complaint was the appetizer, which I would have added a little more to.

We had lunch here a few days ago. Five stars for everything: the service, the fresh ingredients, the cleanliness, and the tranquil atmosphere. It's located on a central street, and as soon as we walked in, we knew we'd made the right choice. Excellent mixed seafood appetizers, exquisite artichoke ravioli, spaghetti with clams, and the ever-present chargrilled eel. Excellent zuppa inglese, pistachio parfait, and chocolate salami. Welcoming and warm. We had a wonderful time. The owners are very kind.

Recommended by Mrs. Elisa of the La Comacina Inn, we tried this restaurant and I must say it fully met our expectations.
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, and very good food.
The pasta with mantis shrimp was top-notch, as was the grilled fish.
Portions were generous and delicious.
The price was reasonable. It's a shame we discovered it on the last night of our vacation.

The garganelli with fish sauce and the fish skewers are EXCELLENT. It's rare to find such delicious, non-rubbery cuttlefish and squid.
The price is more than reasonable.
The atmosphere is a bit '70s-esque, but don't let that fool you, as the food is truly outstanding.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
