The atmosphere is meticulously maintained and perfect for a special evening. The dishes are stunning, thanks to the quality of the ingredients and the impeccable, attentive service. (We were happy to be served pre-cut dishes.)

The restaurant is located in the basement of a historic building. The atmosphere is well-maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes are excellent and feature a variety of cuisines. The final bill is a bit pricey, but reasonable. The bathrooms and their access are a bit narrow and not up to par with the rest of the restaurant. On the other hand, the restaurant isn't huge, and they've made every effort to maximize space.

Everything was excellent. Excellent business dinner.

The menu reflects tradition and is captivating just by reading it; I would have ordered all the first and second courses (and I can already tell you I'll be back to try everything I missed today). The wine list pays attention to the local area, offering niche selections and then ranging from national to international (always with unusual products). And the food?!? Cured meats that melt in your mouth, vegetables, legumes, and tubers of excellent quality; cheeses that a true lover cannot miss. Fresh and delicate pasta, beautifully stretched and cooked to perfection, fused with authentic sauces. Mopping up the sauce is a must, and a given 😝. Incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth meats. Unusual desserts, fresh, delicious, and not at all stringy. The dishes exude precise and balanced flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, the love for this craft and for the local culinary tradition; a profound respect for the recipes, so much so that they "brought back to life" the sauce of a first course that characterized a specific area of ​​the city center. All this is combined with attentive and friendly service, elegant, captivating, and precise plating. I've tried to come many times, but it was always packed (RESERVATIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)... now I can only let you know that the wait was well worth it, and I have no hesitation in recommending it and returning. A restaurant located in the heart of the city center, elegant and simple. Dishes characterized by immense research, love, and selection of raw materials. The soul of the restaurant is the owner, who passionately explains his creations. Excellent dishes paired with fine wines. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for the most special occasions. A must-try.

A delightful place. The vaulted ceilings offer traditional Brescian dishes, well-prepared and served with great courtesy. The atmosphere is quiet. I think this trattoria is particularly suitable for couples or small groups of friends.

Typical dishes with intense and personalized flavors. Savino Possa Valeggio serves up some delicious treats among the tables. In my opinion, the menu is perusalable, but purely out of curiosity. It's definitely better to let Savino lead the way, as he asks few direct questions and guides you through the courses. Five stars well deserved! Spectacular venison ragù, and the Mangiafuoco polenta are a must. The wine list is excellent.

I give it 5 stars because I can't give it 10. I had lunch here for my husband's birthday. The food was excellent, well-prepared, and the portions were perfect. The service was fast and impeccable. The staff and owners were absolutely delightful, friendly, and very kind. An experience worth repeating for anyone passing through Brescia. CONGRATULATIONS again.

One of my favorite restaurants in Brescia! I go whenever I can and it never disappoints. The service is delightful and attentive. You have the option to order takeout (but you have to go to the restaurant to pick it up, as they don't offer delivery). Location: very close (5-8 minutes) to the clock tower. Note that it's a busy, basic place and they often host business lunches, especially around Christmas, so it's advisable to make a reservation.
