Today we took a beautiful hike to the Tschigg Inn. The innkeeper prepared fresh apricot dumplings for us – an absolute dream! The view from up here is simply breathtaking, and the hospitality exceptional. If you're looking for peace, nature, and authentic cuisine, this is the place for you. We weren't disappointed and wholeheartedly recommend the inn!

Either the hike or the drive (narrow road) is worthwhile. The view from north to south is impressive. And the Kaiserschmarrn with half a red wine makes the stay perfect. It's also worth mentioning that the host is kind and attentive.

Florian en zijn vader exploiteren boven op de Marlinger berg een restaurant/berghut waar de Qualität am Berg voor op staat. Fantastisch uitzicht op het buitenterras, goede bediening en kwaliteit op zowel eten als drinken is een pré. Je voelt je direct thuis bij hen😊😊

09/03/2026: An excellent wine list, including top-quality wines by the glass, the best Kaiserschmarrn in a long time, and superb Schluzkrapfen. A feast for the senses.
08/03/2026: Cabin with a lovely terrace and deck chairs in front. Food very good, however the service was slightly stressed and at times pushy.

27/02/2026: We go there every year on holiday and eat there every evening. The food is hard to beat, the service is also excellent, and the dark beer is superb. You can see the brewery part of the restaurant while you eat, and the copper pipes run across the ceiling. The lampshades and everything else are in that style as well. It's beautifully decorated and generally very spacious, and the service is exemplary – friendly and attentive.
26/02/2026: Very friendly, excellent selection of food with something for everyone, and home-brewed beer 🍺 very good
