We arrived at this restaurant attracted by the very nice name Tritapepe
The place is rather anonymous but you will find the real substance in the dishes
The presentation is impeccable, the quality and taste excellent, the service is attentive
We took the cod appetizer to lick the dish is a saffron risotto from Navelli... I almost fainted, delicious
It's nice to travel and find restaurants that enhance the territory with Italian products
You succeeded by preparing top-notch dishes
We'll see each other again, according to the true Apulian

Large venue, with table layout that respects the current distancing rules, welcoming staff, excellent food, try one of the "gnocco" menus...
So good to take it away!!!
I returned after a long time being a foreigner, I can only add a few but excellent words (Welcome Food Service Environment) especially for the "Gnocco"

A few minutes' drive from the motorway exit, it is a spacious restaurant with excellent cuisine made with quality ingredients. Try the traditional Emilian fried gnocco basket and the tortelli with mushrooms and truffles. Average prices.

Ottimi i carpacci, quello di angus mi è particolarmente piaciuto. Abbiamo preso i plin con crema di formaggio e tartufo e spaghetti cacio e pepe… divini.

Girando per la MAJELLA, siamo finiti in questo ristorante dove la cucina di altissimo livello ti fa dimenticare gli arredi, le tavolate di venti persone chiassose, i bambini che scorrazzano tra i tavoli. Il proprietario, passione pura, ti racconta da dove arriva la carne, i prodotti dell’orto, ti consiglia i vini con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Il servizio è giovane, con qualche sbavatura che si perdona per la simpatia e l’impegno . Battuta di manzetta con pecorino e tartufo buonissima, il risotto arancia liquirizia e caprino da capottarsi, spaghetto aglio nero e alici gustosissimo. Conto sotto la media per la qualità del cibo. Da ripetere.
