Fantastic location. Rooms are simple but sophisticated and beautifully furnished. Service is limited but heartfelt! A great hotel overall!

A beautiful and peaceful place. The property is surrounded by olive groves with magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. We enjoyed relaxing days and felt completely at home.

We had a relaxed few days with friendly attentive staff. Room 13b was gorgeous - worth the extra cost. Fabulous setting, great pool & good food. Alternative restaurants nearby (for a change of menu).

Farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan hills with an attached restaurant. The view and the swimming pool with numerous sun loungers for all the guests of the estate were much appreciated. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the room, which turned out to be small and very dark due to the absence of windows. The same thing for the bathroom (without a bidet) which barely allowed the presence of two people. Furthermore, being adjacent to the other room by a locked door, it was not soundproofed at all and even the slightest noise could be perceived, limiting privacy to a minimum. We were forced to whisper so as not to disturb the other guests. The bottle of wine promised at the time of booking was not given to us. The breakfast was good (even if we expected something more from the website) based on both sweet and savory products, I recommend showing up not towards the end of the service because otherwise what has run out is not replenished. The restaurant dishes were also good, even if the quality did not always justify the prices, which were still above average. We were charged for the side dishes even though the menu said they were included with the main courses. The guys at the reception and in the dining room were very kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy any request. Be careful, especially if you have low cars, about the road to reach the estate which is mostly dirt with several holes (even deep ones) and rocks. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the website. It's a shame because we had high expectations that were only partially met.

The rooms are beautifully furnished; if you really want to unwind, this is the place for you. You're on an estate, off the beaten track but perfectly located with a pool, relaxation areas, and service. The price is a bit higher, but almost everything seems to be homemade.

Uno de los mejores ambientes de la Toscana, excelente servicio, buena comida con buen maridaje de sabores, excelente tiempo de espera y tiempo increíble volveré seguro.

Posto incantevole, piatti nella media, prezzi un filo alti, servizio buono. In quella sera erano presenti solo tavoli di stranieri ma questo non importa la cosa particolare/strana è il conto che a parte che per il coperto è l’acqua non combaciava minimamente con i prezzi del menu. In media ci hanno fatto pagare due euro in più per ogni pietanza e sul conto hanno segnato uno “sconto” di 3 euro facendo notare che ce l’avevano fatto. Ma in realtà non hanno applicato nessuno sconto perché i prezzi sullo scontrino erano stati “gonfiati” in partenza. Quindi nel caso si fosse verificato un errore ok ma se non fosse così prestate attenzione. Non credo che torneremo più.
