It is a kaleidoscope of tastes however the service has to be revised both in terms of quality and transparency. We tried various dishes having a deep Tuscan experience, the bill for a Michelin start restaurant was quite a surprise. 100€ for a local wine which was parsimoniously served despite the full bottle was charged. Additionally, they charged all water bottles despite one was gone due to a spider 🙃. It is a pity that a potentially top-notch place is not offering the same top-notch service.

I have been here with some friends and our experience was overall very good. I am not giving a excellent rating because I have been to other Michelin starred restaurants several other ones and the food I found was better service great wine service great wine great everything very good, thank you.
