I ate at this location today and I have to say the food was delicious. Very good quality cockerel cooked in the right way, light but tasty, with equally light but tasty baked potatoes. I recommend everyone to try it.

Abbiamo scelto questa trattoria per poter raggiungere comodamente il castello dopo pranzo (dista pochi minuti a piedi).
L'ambiente è rustico e accogliente e le pietanze che abbiamo mangiato ci sono piaciute molto. Ottimo anche il lambrusco della casa.

Simple but pleasant tavern, with a tasty menu, the prices are correct and it is worth a visit also for the Rossena Castle context and also for the originality of its managers

Whether it happened by chance, if chance exists, we found ourselves pleasantly in a medieval, unique, warm and welcoming atmosphere, traditional cuisine, quality ingredients, the best ribs I've ever tasted, I really recommend it!

Truly unbeatable quality/price ratio. Homemade dishes of high quality and fortunately plentiful. Let's not talk about the fried mushrooms that were available today and which are absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, fast and attentive service. Finally, a beautiful, evocative and welcoming dining room. Really good!

In attesa di andare a visitare il castello di Rossena, mi sono fermato a mangiare in questo ristorante proprio sotto la rocca della fortezza. Devo dire che sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto dal servizio dei ragazzi e, soprattutto, dalla bontà dei piatti che ho gustato. Soprattutto le tagliatelle con funghi e salsiccia. Ritornerò volentieri. A proposito, il luogo si trova tra le colline reggiane attorno Canossa, in uno dei posti più belli e scenografici dell' Emilia.

Stop here, it's worth it!
Even before the scheduled opening for lunch, friendliness, smiles... two glasses of white wine and a nice plate of local ham.
A group of cyclists, tourists, curious people passing by like us, with a light fresh breeze and a gentle landscape.
Next time, we'll be late to enjoy lunch too.
