We had lunch and dinner here. Everything was excellent, from the location to the top-quality food, from the starters to the main courses, and especially the abundance of vegetables and legumes, superbly cooked and presented. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

When in a tourist town like Alberobello, you're hoping to get away from the center to find an authentic, traditional restaurant with fair prices. This is the place.
We found the Trattoria by chance at New Year's Eve, trying to get away from the center, and it was a huge surprise: top-quality food, a warm welcome and lovely staff, and BEAUTIFUL decor and interiors!
We can't recommend this amazing trattoria enough. Congratulations on your work! See you soon!

I found this place while wandering around Alberobello, and I highly recommend stopping here.
The staff is incredibly friendly.
It's 900km apart, otherwise you'd be my favorite restaurant.

There were five of us, and we had a wonderful time, both for the quality of the food—with a focus on locally sourced products, especially the vegetables—and for the service, which was truly top-notch: attentive, friendly, and professional.
Everything was truly excellent: we stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere and excellent value.

Very fresh produce.
Appetizers made with vegetables from their garden, located behind the restaurant.
Neat location.
Everything was delicious, from the vegetables served as appetizers to the first courses, second courses, and dessert.
I personally had the orecchiette with turnips and the braciole in tomato sauce with bread meatballs. They say here that when you eat them, the lights go out.
Almond pastries to finish, also delicious. I'd say this restaurant's cuisine perfectly represents our Puglia. Well done.

If there were more places like this, Italy would have three billion visitors a year!
A true trattoria, where they cook what grows in the garden in front of the restaurant, with dishes that exude sincerity and seasonality.
The owners are the soul of the place: welcoming, genuine, people who make you feel like a guest, not a customer.
An experience that reminds you how little it takes to eat happily: a simple table, a few glasses of wine in my case, real ingredients, and someone who cooks and serves them with love.

Casual dining room overlooking backyard vegetable garden. They just do 7 vegetable tasting menu (35€) + choice of 8 meat and pasta dishes (10€) Fantastic dinner! Spinach salad with pomegranates, beet shreds and crunchy fava beans in balsamic and local extra virgin olive oil.
Chick pea puree.Peppers w/ olives capers breadcrumbs. Swiss chard with cherry tomatoes. Smoked eggplant parmigiana
Stewed onion with sunflower seeds and marmalade. Carrot flan. Had pasta w mushrooms and pumpkin sauce.
