My advice is to specify, when booking, your preference for the more welcoming entrance room, or to opt for the summer period, when it is possible to dine in the large and pleasant outdoor garden. Moving on to the dishes, the kitchen offers traditional local dishes, carefully prepared and well executed, even if not particularly memorable. The quality-price ratio may not fully convince, leaving a slight feeling of dissatisfaction. A plus point is certainly the staff: kind, professional and always ready to meet customer requests. Ultimately, a recommended restaurant, but with some reservations, especially for those looking for an experience that goes beyond simple good food.

The staff is friendly and quite attentive, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere. The portions are modest and the prices are normal, offering good value for money. 

In September, my husband and I visited this charming farm-to-table spot in Alberobello. The menu highlights produce from their backyard garden. We enjoyed the seasonal veggie starters, which featured 8 dishes, along with eggs in cream and beef with potatoes as mains. A lovely spot with great garden views, perfect for those who appreciate fresh, vegetable-focused meals.

So. You won't find any photos in this review of mine because I was so hungry and I looked so hungry that I wanted to try it immediately. You will forgive me. The place is a true love and the food is excellent from all points of view.

We went here for Christmas lunch The staff welcomed us warmly and advised us on the best options to try their specialties, so we first had an appetizer (consisting of various vegetable dishes from their garden and local sauces), and then had some first and second courses. Furthermore, the location is very suggestive, being next to the Sovrano trullo and having a very beautiful exposed vegetable garden. I would say excellent quality/price ratio, you spend around €40/50 per person and it's worth it

The place is as special as the people who work there are special. Kindness and competence create a pleasant environment. Excellent quality of food, often taken directly from their internal garden. Absolutely worth going there

Partimos de una buena ubicación, junto al trullo más grande, y cerca del centro, pero con zona cercana para aparcar. Atención impecable, profesional y cercana, lo cual resulta muy agradable. Consumo de productos de su propia huerto : frescor y calidad. Buena cocina, con elaboraciones sencillas y acertadas. Todo muy sabroso. Buenos vinos, con variedad en tipos y zonas. Buena RCP para rematar el conjunto. Sin duda, un acierto.

Lugar muy singular donde todas las verduras se obtienen de su propia granja. Un pequeño parche de verduras incluso existe en el jardín de los restaurantes. Excelente comida y todo bien explicado por el personal.
