Lugar muy singular donde todas las verduras se obtienen de su propia granja. Un pequeño parche de verduras incluso existe en el jardín de los restaurantes. Excelente comida y todo bien explicado por el personal.

Qué gran experiencia. Este restaurante de granja a mesa ofrecía excelentes platos únicos utilizando productos cultivados en su propio jardín. Los sabores eran deliciosos y estábamos encantados de obtener una abundancia de verduras en su aperitivo especial. También disfrutamos de los platos principales. El servicio era muy bueno. Gran ambiente. Me encanta el enfoque del restaurante en los ingredientes cultivados localmente. Uno de los puntos culminantes de nuestro viaje. Muy recomendable.

Special experience! At Trattoria Terra Madre you can breathe authenticity and passion in everything, from the ingredients to the staff. Very fresh and seasonal dishes all immersed in the greenery of their fantastic vegetable garden. A place I will definitely return to regularly :)

A great surprise. Tasting menu varied in vegetables and rich in flavors. Very good main dish. Good job. Small but with a unique atmosphere. A must see in Alborobello!

27/08/2024: Al Coltello a Bari was an excellent choice! The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our needs, even though we arrived late. The tartares were truly amazing and the sandwiches were delicious. TheFork discount was applied without any problem. Only note: it would be nice to see a better selection of beers, perhaps avoiding Peroni 😉. Overall, a fantastic experience!
