We spent a very pleasant evening in this trattoria in the center of Alberobello, dedicated to plant-based cuisine! Excellent quality food prepared with great care. The 7 vegetable samples were very welcome. Prices were quite high but proportionate to the quality and well spent. Simple but well-kept interiors, the open vegetable garden was very pleasant!

Fine dining (mostly vegetarian) option at the top of town. I appreciate what the chef and team are doing here, but it's not for everyone. All the dishes were very inventive and of course used the freshest produce - but out of 7 courses I only enjoyed about half. Given the food offered, the price is also very high. Would only recommend for those who really really love their veggies and value experience over taste. The staff are fantastic and welcoming, but overall I was disappointed.

Very beautiful and good vegetable menu in 7 dishes to share, we have or taste original things like common soda, all perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. The chef and service were very friendly. It is possible to have lunch under the vines near the large vegetable garden.

Excellent food that feels fresh. Very friendly staff and splendid setting inside a well-kept trullo. I didn't give 4 stars because I thought the vegetable appetizer was excessive at €40 even if it's 7 dishes.

Excellent mainly plant-based cuisine. Very fresh and seasonal products, well worked with a regional touch. Very pretty and appetizing presentations, delicious seasonings and assortments of flavors, perfect cooking. We loved the 7-course vegetable tasting menu and ended with the excellent tiramisu. The setting with a view of the garden is superb.

Partimos de una buena ubicación, junto al trullo más grande, y cerca del centro, pero con zona cercana para aparcar.
Atención impecable, profesional y cercana, lo cual resulta muy agradable.
Consumo de productos de su propia huerto : frescor y calidad.
Buena cocina, con elaboraciones sencillas y acertadas. Todo muy sabroso.
Buenos vinos, con variedad en tipos y zonas.
Buena RCP para rematar el conjunto.
Sin duda, un acierto.
