13/02/2025: Ci sono stato a cena con un mio collega. Abbiamo preso spaghetti al pomodoro con burrata e cipolle caramellate e per concludere un dolce. Tutto buonissimo. Il titolare molto cordiale, ci tornerò sicuramente!! Un consiglio, prenotate in quanto ha pochi coperti!!
06/02/2025: It's been a year now since Turin became part of the cities that crossed paths with my destiny, and I've been living here permanently for almost two months. A year ago, in November, just in these days, I arrived in the city for the first time for work reasons. In the evening, when I went out for dinner, I was directed to this small restaurant, not far from the hotel where I was staying. Already from the outside the place conveyed pleasant sensations, due to the contrast between the cold and darkness outside and the warmth of the lights of the chandeliers which, through the glass, showed the room and the people sitting inside. Since I entered that evening, Paolo's small restaurant has become for me, as it is for many, the usual place. Politeness, friendliness, informality, familiarity. There is no search for perfection, but for authenticity. The idea is to vary at least a good part of the menu almost daily to offer different dishes and fresh ingredients, according to the seasons, availability and even ideas, so that neither customers nor owners can get bored. Moving on to the gist: the dishes are tasty, well cooked and the portions are generous; the prices are more than fair.
