We had two types of risotto, both very good; the rib meat melted in your mouth. Fast service and very friendly staff; there's a robot to take away your food. The variety of desserts is also interesting. The option to buy products: salami, rice, and more is interesting.

If you want to eat excellent riso alla pilota, I recommend this restaurant. We also had the ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers, which were delicious.

A big family for a big restaurant

The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail without being pretentious. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The owner is happy to explain each dish and the supply chain of all the ingredients used. The highlight, of course, is the cuisine: traditional Mantuan dishes expertly prepared using the highest-quality ingredients. A truly amazing experience!

The station is an institution. A beautiful restaurant where you can enjoy the most classic risotto alla pilota, with or without ribs. Also an enviable selection of wines, including some good bottles of local production.

A menu that is very attentive to the territory, a careful selection of raw materials with particular attention to organic and biodynamic products. A very attentive service. An experience to be repeated!

Si autodefinisce trattoria ma in realtà è un ristorante elegante e molto curato. Chi ci ha servito sa fare bene il suo mestiere. Il menu propone la cucina del territorio. Abbiamo iniziato con un mix di antipasti (salumi, giardiniera, composta di fichi e un "bombardamento di Castel d'Ario", ossia un arancino di riso alla pilota con cuore di costine) da leccarsi i baffi per poi proseguire con un tris di primi: imperdibile il riso alla pilota con il puntel (ossia l'aggiunta di una costina), molto buoni i tortelli di zucca (dolci il giusto) ma a sorpresa il primo più apprezzato sono state le pappardelle al lambrusco col ragù. Chi ha preso i ravioli ripieni di ricotta e erbe non ha comunque rimpianto la scelta, anzi! Non mi ha entusiasmato il vino (rosè e rosso) delle bottiglie della casa: col senno di poi sarebbe stato meglio scegliere dalla carta dei vini, che è molto vasta. Buona la sbrisolona ma super lo zabaione. Ovviamente il conto non è economico, ma direi che ci può stare.

Mancavo da molti anni dalla Stazione, sono tornato con la famiglia e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Bell'ambiente, tavoli ben distanziati, servizio molto cortese anche se leggermente in affanno quando la sala si è riempita. tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato, a partire da sua maestà il riso alla pilota (buonissimo), è stato molto buono e gradito. Menzione per gli arancini futuristi. Leggermente sottotono rispetto al resto i dolci, dimenticabili i dolci di carnevale che ci sono stati proposti, superbo lo zabaione. Conto corretto in relazione all'ambiente ed alla qualità di quanto mangiato. Leggermente troppo alto il prezzo dei dolci in relazione alla qualità ed alla semplicità della proposta. torneremo sicuramente.
