Excellent restaurant outside Mantua. The dishes are exceptionally good value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive to their needs. Highly recommended for those in the Mantua area. The risotto alla Pilota is fantastic.

I haven't been to this place in years. I'd like to compliment the renovated decor, the exceptional wine cellar, the very good food, and the impeccable cleanliness and courtesy. The owner showed us the cellar and was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

This is a fantastic restaurant, where the personality and passion of the family that has run it for years is evident in every moment and every dish. It all starts with the ingredients: all local, some of which are home-grown, like the rice, which comes from their own biodynamic farms—absolutely excellent. For some time now, they've also been serving game, all sustainably sourced. Then there are some seasonal treats, like the risotto al pontel with pessin di pesce (catfish): a specialty you absolutely must try.

27/06/2026: One of the few restaurants in Mantua that continues to guarantee quality food and service. An excellent menu featuring traditional and non-traditional dishes, served in generous portions and offering excellent value. If you're looking for a restaurant that's off the beaten path but still within walking distance of the main squares and attractions, I highly recommend it.
26/06/2026: A truly memorable evening in Mantua. We dined in a welcoming place with a very refined and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food impressed us from the first bite. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the desserts, such as the slice of cake topped with fresh berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Everything was exquisite and prepared with great care. We will definitely return to try other specialties. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic cuisine in the city.

09/07/2026: We had a New Year's Eve dinner, and the food was excellent, with prices below average for the time of year (we had visited several places). In addition to the traditional welcome at the end of the meal, I think the owner's son heard me talking about whisky and offered me (he seems like a connoisseur, not just a simple enthusiast) a taste of something exquisite!!! Truly a touch of class. Thank you very much.
07/06/2026: Traditional and refined atmosphere. Beautiful veranda and excellent service. 5-star food.
