Typical trattoria, with a slightly retro flavour, but the frankness of truth in the flavours, quantities and even prices.

Excellent trattoria in Prosecco with generous and reasonably priced Slovenian dishes. Overall, good food. The only difficulty is interacting with the waiters (some speak very little Italian).

First Giant Cave, then Giant Pljeskavica. A spontaneous visit for three of us. Delicious food and attentive, friendly staff. Thank you for a pleasant evening, capped off with a glass of Prosecco and thunderstorms.

I returned a year later, and honestly, I remembered it better. A lovely place with rustic outdoor tables in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. It's a shame the food quality hasn't improved; in fact, I remembered the meat being more tender. Also, I have to say that the prices are a bit above average for a cooperative winery. €14 a liter of cask wine seems a bit high.

We stopped on the way to the giant cave (a must-see). A pleasant surprise, the staff were friendly and helpful, the recommended dish was excellent (see photo, meat-based), dessert, wine and coffee, good value. I recommend it. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Fantastic cuisine, we tried first and second courses, everything was really good and the ragù was spectacular, I think it was the best we have ever tried in a restaurant

Sulla strada principale di prosecco scendendo dal Santuario. Cucina casalinga. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi economici. Fantastici gli gnocchi!!

La trattoria effettua orario continuato da mattina a sera. Ambiente ampio, con un bel giardino; ubicazione sulla strada principale, nel centro del paese; classica trattoria cittadina in Carso, con stile semplice un po’ demodé. Recensione riferita ad una cena di 3 amici nel maggio 2024. Abbiamo speso sui 30 euro a testa. Porzioni grandi, ottimo cibo, tovaglia di carta, menù macchiato, parmigiano in bustine. Consiglio i cevapcici (ottima carne morbida, ma senza aglio), cipolla cruda, ajvar, patate in tecia calde e autentiche; oppure il pollo disossato grigliato. Riguardo i dessert, delizioso e artigianale lo strudel caldo; sconsiglio invece il trancio alla frutta: la base aveva un impasto poco cotto e la panna era stucchevole. Buona la birra chiara; consiglio inoltre il tipico liquore di terrano!
