Excellent food, quiet place and very kind staff. We had a great time and I highly recommend it.

Entering Il Sipario is a bit like opening an old family trunk: the smell of time immediately envelops you, the furnishings tell decades of stories, and that old-time counter is there to remind you that modernity has knocked here... but with respect. The lady who welcomed us was of a rare kindness, discreet but attentive, as is customary in true trattorias of the past. We started with the selection of Parmigiano, which - as always - leaves us in respectful silence: here it is sacred. The fried gnocco? One of the best ever tried: crunchy, light, perfectly balanced. The quality cold cuts, tasty but not invasive. The twist? Cappelletti in Parmigiano cream that made us suspend all conversation: delicious enough to move us. In short, Il Sipario is a place that smells of memory, but that surprises you on the plate as if it were the first time. And yes, we will gladly return.

Trattoria "like it once was", with classic furnishings and a slightly vintage air, but which goes well with the menu. Traditional cuisine with generous portions, simple but with lots of choice. Charcuterie platter with excellent grass, and a fried gnocco so light it seems like a cloud. Kind and attentive service for the customer. Super recommended also for the central area.

Il locale è accanto al teatro. Molto alla mano ma il cibo è buonissimo. Abbiamo preso antipasti misti e gnocco fritto, tutto eccellente. I secondi buoni e il costo in linea con quanto ordinato

Era da un po’ che volevo andare in questo locale,e devo dire di essere rimasto soddisfatto,il locale è un po’ datato,era il bar del teatro Ariosto,tenuto bene è rimasto tale,ma a me piacciono questi locali,cordialità e gentilezza del personale ottima ,ottimi anche i piatti ,passatelli e cappelletti in brodo ,ben fatto,cinghiale con castagne e polenta,buono e veramente ottima la trippa,,buoni il prosciutto il parmigiano e l’erbazzone unico appunto sulla chizza fritta che ha dentro solo le vedute leggermente saltate ma un po’ scialbe ,sarebbe meglio il ripieno di erbazzone,però erano comunque sufficienti,ottimi anche i dolci ,buona carta dei vini di cantine del territorio,anche il prezzo nel rapporto è ottimo ,lo consiglio vivamente
