Trattoria to taste typical dishes.

Excellent service, quick service. The cappelletti in broth were delicious and plentiful. Tagliatelle with ham sauce was good but not plentiful. The guanciale was superb and plentiful. The tiramisu was excellent. The bill was reasonable for the quality of the food.

I stumbled upon it by chance, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The tagliatelle with ragù, in particular, made me feel at home (which is no small feat, considering what I'm used to).

The food wasn't good: more than that😂 Typical local food. Fresh products. The pasta is homemade. The wine (recommended by the owner) was very good. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Honest bill.

Trattoria with a timeless atmosphere. FANTASTIC fried gnocco and cured meats. Excellent Lambrusco. Good service. Highly recommended.

I dined at this trattoria in August with my family. It's located next to the Ludovico Ariosto Theater, and as soon as you enter, you breathe in the air reminiscent of history and tradition. This same tradition is reflected in the dishes, including strictly handmade pasta and tortelli, and the time-honored flavors of Reggio Emilia's finest culinary specialties, expertly explained by the owner, whose words clearly convey his love and passion for his work. The platter of cured meats, parmesan, and fried gnocco are excellent. The tortelli dish is highly recommended, all accompanied by a fantastic house Lambrusco, and to finish, the zuppa inglese dessert and a herb liqueur unlike anything you've found anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Reggio Emilia, a truly beautiful city, both for its churches and historic buildings, and for the relaxed atmosphere it exudes.

Estaba visitando Reggio Emilia con mi familia y cené en Trattoria Sipario el 12 de abril. Tenemos una amplia selección de antipasti, primi, secondi y postres para compartir. Cada plato era auténtico y delicioso. El personal era muy amable. El precio era muy justo para la calidad general de la comida y el servicio. Recomiendo encarecidamente a los lugareños y la gente que visita la región.
