We spent a wonderful evening with friends at Siamo Fritti, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for enjoying time in good company. The food was simply excellent: fresh seafood dishes, carefully cooked and authentically flavored, from appetizers to main courses. Each course was generous and truly delicious. To round out the dinner, excellent desserts, made with great care and perfect for the perfect end to the meal. A restaurant where you eat deliciously and feel at home: we'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful evening of good food and conviviality.

I visited this seafood restaurant with some colleagues and had a great experience! ​The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined, and the service is impeccable. We had an excellent appetizer to start, but the real highlight was the Paccheri with cuttlefish and artichokes: simply delicious! The dish was perfectly balanced and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. ​Ideal for enjoying quality seafood. Highly recommended!

Truly extraordinary. Many restaurants in Puglia offer platters of raw seafood, but the one we enjoyed here stands out decisively. We ordered the large platter of raw seafood: the raw scampi and raw prawns were magnificent. The raw mussels to dip in pinzimonio were unique. Seafood impossible to find anywhere else. The tuna tartare was perfect. Then, an equally excellent seafood fritto, made with only fresh ingredients, and it showed (and very lightly salted, which is also rare). With an excellent white wine and a dessert (cannoli), for a total of around 70 euros for two. What can I say? This is now one of my must-visit spots in Puglia. EDIT 2025: Unfortunately, prices have increased since then. I wouldn't go so far as to change the rating, but it's clear that we didn't find what had won us over the first time. The fritto misto was less generous, and the gran crudo no longer offered raw mussels with pinzimonio sauce, resulting in an overall impression of decline. It's still worth a visit, of course, but you'll have to decide for yourself.

Congratulations, everything was delicious... delicious dishes with attention to every detail. Not to mention Katia's desserts, they're truly amazing!!! Highly recommended!

Very pleasant atmosphere and excellent food

Fresh fish and very good dishes. There's a wide selection, from appetizers to main courses. The three of us had fried fish and mussel sauté as appetizers, tuna and crab linguine, tuna steak, and mixed grill. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was small and very quiet.

We're here on vacation; my host recommended this place. Just one word: magnificent. Service, courtesy, and above all, the quality and selection of seafood dishes are exceptional.
