Small typical Bolognese tavern. Even though I'm from Bologna, I too had never been there. I went with my wife and son without booking, but the very kind and diligent owner found three places for us. Excellent food, quick service and friendly staff. We'll be back.

Disappointing. The pasta was luke warm, the pork was tasty and the sangioviese wine was good. The service was generally lacking. My husband ordered the panna cotta 'dessert of the day' yet was given creme caramel, see photo. When we asked the waiter told us it was panna cotta! Even Google said it was a caramel dessert!!!
Unfortunately it was our only disappointing meal of our holiday. Whilst friends are visiting places we recommended elsewhere they won't be visiting Trattoria Serghei plus we will give the same feedback to our Airbnb host who recommended this restaurant.

We wanted to end our short stay in Bologna in a restaurant serving typical Bolognese cuisine. Among the various proposals, Serghei prevailed.
Small (in our case, very small 😉) and welcoming trattoria. Booked for lunch. During the service, continuous calls for reservations and many customers who had not booked were refused. Saverio and Leonardo, Sergio's son and nephew, immediately put us at ease. It was a great experience 👨🏽🍳🧀👋🏽😋🥩🍷🍝 We recommend

They close early at 2:30 p.m. We ate two pasta dishes and two desserts. All good but not remarkable either.

Family-run restaurant, when you enter you are enveloped by the scents of excellent food. I love this place, it almost feels like being at home when mum made tortellini with boiled meat on Sundays. Well done

Family run restaurant. Among the typical Bolognese dishes we tasted friggione and tortellini in broth, also a taste of trifle, but stuffed courgettes are also suggested in addition to the classic boiled meat. An exquisite, welcoming and customer-focused family. The small place is equally welcoming, with a nice atmosphere. Strongly recommended.

Serghiei è uno dei ristoranti "storici" del centro di Bologna. Fedele alla tradizione bolognese, propone ottimi piatti decisamente legati alla cultura gastromica della città. L'ambiente, abbastanza contenuto, è piacevole e accogliente.

Gran ambiente, propiedad familiar y dirigido ahora 3a generación. Tortelinnis casero en brodo (y otras opciones). Pequeño con buena acústica y decoraciones. Servicio amable.
