The only small flaw: they offered us zuppa inglese, but it was already sold out even though we were among the first customers. Otherwise, everything was really good.

An excellent family run restaurant with Bolognese favorites. We tried the Bolognese, sausage pasta, osso buco, slow cooker rabbit and the dessert were good too.

Great food, cute place, the young guy who served our table was really nice and attentive and managed to seat us despite arriving quite late in the evening. Very accommodating to our requests and kind!

A classic trattoria in the center of Bologna, with a simple atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes was rather basic. Some dishes on the menu, such as the shin, were unavailable that day, so we opted for the beef fillet, which, however, was significantly smaller than the price.

Tourists for the weekend in Bologna, we passed by chance the first evening and tried the homemade pasta, tagliatelle with ragu and tortellini in broth. So good that the next evening we returned to reorder the same dishes. Highly recommended

15/11/2025: Everything was very good, and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable for the location, but the portions were a bit small and sometimes a bit sloppy.
15/11/2025: Courtesy and helpful, attentive service despite the restaurant being fully booked. Delicious food... great customer service. Although there was a mix-up with one dish, the owner was brilliant at solving it... something truly unique! Recommended, we'll be back.

07/12/2025: Trattoria Da Vito certainly needs no introduction: it's been a fixture in the city's history and restaurant scene for decades. More than fair prices and generous wine, as is tradition. I'd also like to add a positive note about the quick, friendly, and affable Pakistani gentleman who served us.
