The food was all excellent, and I must also compliment you on the warm welcome, as they hosted us right before the kitchen closed. We're so glad we met you, and we hope to see you again soon.

The Parma area's elite, where the torta fritta (don't call it gnocco, they'll get pissed off 😂) with their cured meats and homemade stuffed pasta are unrivaled. Every time I pass through Parma, a stop at this culinary paradise is a must! Review by Mario Dr. Vignola

On Valentine's Day, I went to dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend. Overall, the food was good, except for the sliced steak, which tasted burnt. My biggest complaint, however, was the service. When we asked for the restaurant's standard menu, they almost forced the Valentine's menu on us. When we refused, the waiter took the liberty of making fun of us and his colleagues. EXTREMELY RUDE. I doubt I'll go back again.

Recommended by a friend who went before the Borghese. The food itself is good, but not great value. €2 for a plain coffee seems excessive, and the cover charge doesn't include bread.

This is a real trattoria where you can eat typical dishes from Parma. It's really good and authentic. Should try their dish "Rosa di parma" 👍

It was our first time here, and we left satisfied. The Torta Fritta was delicious, very light, and served with a charcuterie board. We also tried two tortelli (herbs and cooked shoulder), which were very good. We also tried the guancialino with fried polenta, which was also very good. We were served by a very friendly waiter!
Welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.

We stumbled upon this trattoria near Parma by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery.
We ate torta fritta with mixed cured meats and tortelli with herbs, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Both were very good, authentic cuisine with well-defined flavors. We paired them with a Lambrusco that was spot on.
With the mixed cured meats, they also served grilled polenta for my celiac girlfriend, along with an excellent braised beef, tender and flavorful: great attention and care for our dietary needs.
We finished with two desserts and coffee, spending €89 for two: excellent value.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was that of a true Emilian trattoria.
We later discovered that Alessandro Borghese had also been here.
For us, it was the best in the area. We'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon it by chance without a reservation, but even though it was full, the owner was very kind and went out of his way to find us a table. We tried the tasting menu, and everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, with delicious local ingredients. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you're in the area!
