Truly excellent food, a beautiful, clean, and well-organized place, and very friendly waitstaff. I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner with family or friends.

It was my first time here, and I was truly satisfied. The torta fritta was exceptional and very light, both the classic version served with a charcuterie board and the stuffed one. We also tried the trio of tortelli (lean, cooked shoulder, and cacciatore-style potatoes), all three very good, but in my opinion the ones filled with cooked shoulder were the best. Finally, we also tried the Parma rose, which was off the menu for the day, and was truly spectacular.
Prices are average for the place.
What can I say, we'll definitely be back!

Very good food and generous portions; the torta fritta with the charcuterie board is highly recommended.
The service was quick but a little questionable. We went on a Sunday evening and it was particularly busy. There were only two waiters (one inside and one outside) and the owner. Despite his friendliness, our waiter seemed extremely tired and stressed by the pace of work.

We went for dinner last night for the first time. The place is very pleasant, clean, and quiet, and the service is fast and professional. The torta fritta is very good, not greasy and very digestible, the cured meats are quality, and the tortelli are delicious. If I had to make a small complaint, the tortelli di erbetta parmigiani should be smothered in butter and mopped up with parmesan... perhaps in this case, the condiments were used sparingly. That said, it's a very respectable trattoria where the prices are also fair. We'll be back.

Trattoria dalle materie prime di qualità, salumi veramente ottimi ed una torta fritta tra le migliori di Parma. Consiglio di andarci in più di 2 persone per dividere meglio le spese degli antipasti che non sono alla portata di tutti. Il menù degustazione sicuramente è conveniente, ma state certi che con meno di 30-40€ a testa non ne uscite. Per la zona in cui ci si trova e la qualità del cibo, i prezzi sono in linea.

Appena fuori Parma.
Più che una trattoria, il locale si presenta come un classico ristorante ampio, pulito, ordinato.
All’ingresso c’è il proprietario, che ti accoglie con quella cortesia, quella simpatia, quella concretezza innata, che è tipica della gente di queste parti.
La proposta è a km zero. La cucina quella dei sapori dei piatti tipici del territorio.
Il crudo di Langhirano ed il salame felino, serviti col cestino dell'ottima torta fritta, sono da “leccarsi i baffi”.
I tortelli d’erbetta burro fuso e parmigiano reggiano un godimento per il palato.
Buono anche il guancialino di maialino grigio alla malvasia con polenta fritta.
E per concludere è piacevole la sbrisolona con zabaione al marsala all’antica maniera.
Servizio buono, conto in linea con quanto offerto.
