I definitely had high expectations and was a bit disappointed. The torta fritta and cured meat were good. The tortelli were edible, but I don't think they were homemade. The waiters were kind but very rushed. I think there's room for improvement.

The atmosphere is comfortable, but even with the heat pump, the veranda was cold, especially on the legs. The cappelletti and their homemade gelato were excellent. The Mariola and roast beef were neither praise nor disgrace. Impeccable service for a trattoria.

Torta fritta and excellent cured meats. Anolini with meat broth and traditional tortelli verdi! The meat main course is also very good. For dessert, I recommend the sbrisolona with zabaglione on the side! A real treat!

07/12/2025: Best place I tried in Parma! Every dish was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. From appetizers to desserts, from first courses to second courses. The anolini were perfect, as was their broth, truly rich in flavor. The veal was a gem, and the gnocco fritto paired perfectly with the cheeses and cured meats. They're also truly masters at desserts, with an excellent and varied wine selection. Special mention to the staff, who were truly kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers' every need. If you're passing through Parma, this is the place to visit.
28/11/2025: Historic restaurant in a quaint area of ​​Parma. I took my mother for dinner and we had a great time. Quality food (the first courses were delicious) and a quiet atmosphere that allows for conversation without shouting. A very positive experience, highly recommended!
