Passing through on a bike trip from Trentino to Puglia, we stayed overnight in Castel D'Ario and popped into what looked like a promising trattoria to refuel after 160km of pedaling. Well, what can I say... The only major flaw is that you're a bit inconvenient to return to (but we'll try!!). Top-notch food, and a superb host and staff! Congratulations!!

...a magnificent sensory experience...the professional and welcoming staff...the appetizer with exquisite cold cuts, excellent cheeses, delicious polenta.... 3 superb risottos, the pumpkin ravioli equally exquisite and the warm apple tart...super super super...well done everyone!!!! and the place is beautiful!!!! High quality food...culatello with tear-jerking honey, exquisite to say the least, top-notch frog risotto.... Extra surprise menu: perch risotto, excellent!!! To finish, top-notch Lambrusco sorbet! Guys, what a great evening!! I must also say the staff was friendly and fast!! 10!!!!

A very positive experience with my family.
Excellent food, very kind staff who always had the right joke for our children, and a well-kept restaurant. Truly exquisite products!
I would have tried the entire menu, but we had finished our short vacation. I will definitely return if we're in the area again!
