The menu is sparse, the food is nothing special for the prices (first courses €18, second courses €25, €33, €40, a three-course tasting €48), and the outdoor terrace feels like a glass cage. After a few minutes at the table, I was already regretting sitting down. A wasted opportunity.

Restaurant overlooking the Aragonese castle with sea view. The place is small, well kept, with excellent kitchen service. We ate two good fish first courses, abundant and well seasoned.

Found by chance, on the recommendation of a shopkeeper. The location is in the square in front of the Aragonese castle and near the splendid balcony overlooking the sea. Very welcoming place with exposed brick vaults inside and an external veranda. We ordered fish: 2 appetizers, 1 first course and a grilled fish. Everything was really excellent, almost abundant portions...and when you say fish...the fish is there!!! I had noticed some beautiful apricots that were kindly served to me at the end of lunch. Attentive, friendly and nice staff. I give this place full marks...and I recommend it.
Good value for money!! Too bad I was on vacation otherwise I would definitely go back!!

Ci siamo trovate mercoledì a pranzo in questa meravigliosa trattoria,bellissimo il dehor esterno dove abbiamo pranzato affacciato direttamente sul castello aragonese di Ortona,da entrambi i lati è possibile vedere il mare.All,interno della struttura è presente anche una saletta molto carina con bellissima esposizione di vini locali.
Un’atmosfera unica,personale professionale e preparato.
Antipasto di mare 🌊 dove si può gustare la genuinità del prodotto senza troppi fronzoli.
Linguina alle vongole di alto livello,un ottima qualità.
Qualità prezzo che vale.
Titolari gentili che ti fanno sentire a casa.
Torneremo sicuramente in questa trattoria.
