Great little restaurant, also well attended by locals. You are shown the fish before it is prepared and can see for yourself how fresh it is. Clear menu, especially with fish dishes. Highly recommended!

Had a beautifully cooked sea bass served with grilled courgettes and salad leaves.
However, I don’t recommend the spaghetti pomodoro as it lacked everything from seasoning, flavour and care.
They don’t speak much English or have many dairy free dishes but service was good. If it’s not too cold, you can enjoy your meal by the water

It was the most beautiful restaurant we went to during our two-week vacation in Italy. The owner and chef is very loving and you have a wonderful view of the water. The food was incredibly good and also cheaper than everyone else. A clear recommendation!

First meal in Venice this trip. Got there right before they opened for lunch, sat outside with view of canal. Lots of action there. Service quick, efficient, everything very good.

«Between the Academy and the Zattere. In front of Palazzo Mocenigo there is the church of San Trovaso and, a little further towards the Zattere, the most famous Venetian "squero", where gondolas were still made and repaired. In the morning I arrived by boat at the Academy, went up to my studio and left immediately to go to class. The classrooms remained in San Sebastiano, enlarged and refurbished. I walked along the Zattere that run along the Giudecca canal. When it's sunny in Venice, the Zattere are one of the sunniest places in the city and mothers take their children there and push prams. Large ships slowly sail up the Giudecca canal to reach the mouth of the Lido. On the deck of the cruise ships, tourists wave their arms and wave handkerchiefs. *As I walked, I thought about how I would construct the lesson*. At the end, before turning right (into Calle del Vento?) to go to San Sebastiano, there is a bar-restaurant, frequented by dock workers. When it was cold I stopped to drink rum punch. Many good things came to mind while walking along the "foundation" of the Zattere! (The good things that come to the mind are the good words that indicate what does not come)."

It's nice that we found this little lock in Venice. Away from big and bad food castles. Very friendly service, good food, served appetizingly and a beautiful view of the water on top of that. Price/performance was right and we were well filled, so highly recommended

RECOMMENDED! I don’t rate five stars often, but if you are in Venice, I’m looking for a good restaurant I highly recommend this restaurant for two simple reasons:
- great service amazing staff and good location.
- Unbeatable prices for the quality of the food served in Venice.
You can have your pasta dish for €15-€18 I it’s a very good quality pasta tasty and delicious! 🤤
