At Trattoria Sant'Anna in Poviglio, Mr. Bianchi is no longer there, but you can still find the hot cooked shoulder with fried gnocco, it's a gustatory experience bordering on mysticism, if it's all combined with a glass (or two) of cold dry Malvasia, perfection is achieved.

È una trattoria che ha molti tavoli, due sale grandi e molti ospiti. Buona qualità dei piatti. Mangiato bene, di qualità, piatti generosi, servizio buono e cordiale. Abbiamo pranzato all'esterno in una giornata calda ma era tutto ben ventilato. Bella esperienza.

06/08/2024: Always a reference. If we want it is a simple, traditional and not too trendy place.. But at Emiliano's I say that every time I go to dinner, I breathe in the flavors and culinary art of my land... Pumpkin tortelli and green tortelli.... A show!!
15/07/2024: A leap in time…. Delicious dinner, very suggestive environment, stay like this!! We had dinner with fried gnocco and salami, radicchio and nettle tortelli, tiramisu. Kind and smiling service, thank you!

25/08/2024: What would Brescello be without Guareschi? Yet La Locomotiva Gastronomica also deserves a stop here: lots of courtesy and superlative dishes, lots of substance at the right price with the typical dishes of the area. Peppone and Don Camillo would definitely have eaten here.
