Almost perfect. Privacy is a tricky thing, and I expected a bit more from the breakfast buffet. But that's just nitpicking. It's a really great place.

Highly recommended, my boyfriend and I are vinegar lovers and we had been eyeing this vinegar factory for a while. With the right opportunity and really sunny weather we decided to try the visit and tasting of the vinegars. The really passionate guide explained in detail the different balsamic processes, he also explained the other productions (wine, oil, meat and cheese). The tasting then left us speechless, first of all the view ... a view of the valley directly on Lake Garda, but then the description of the vinegars and tasting, paired with carne salà, bread croutons with oil of their production, wines, cheeses and cold cuts. All accompanied by attention and courtesy towards us.

I have always wanted to visit a vinegar maker because I am in love with balsamic vinegar.
Here there are master vinegar makers who make excellent balsamic vinegar at astonishing prices.
The restaurant has a view of the valley.
The food is good although I would have preferred a well priced set menu rather than à la carte.
Average high prices but excellent quality. You also have a bottle to use during dinner to taste with a teaspoon or on the food served.
you can buy their ice farm and oil products.

I am writing a review for this restaurant mainly for the courtesy, then I would move on to the excellent quality gastronomy with a note on the oil they produce, which is amazing, and finally the view that can be enjoyed from the restaurant room. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to try a wonderful experience.

Lovely place, we stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the Varone waterfalls. The photos speak for themselves, gluten free and served immediately. Kindness and professionalism are not lacking.

Su consiglio di una persona siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante. La location è davvero stupenda, ti lascia con la bocca aperta. Il cibo è molto buono, abbondante e con piatti della tradizione ma anche con piatti rivisitati. Ogni tavolo ha una bottiglietta di aceto balsamico di loro produzione a disposizione di tutti i commensali. Buonissimo!!!!
L’abbiamo messo praticamente ovunque, si abbina a tutti i loro piatti, sia quelli salati che quelli dolci.
Abbiamo deciso di prendere una bottiglia da portare a casa.
Sicuramente torneremo e consiglio a tutti una visita qui perché merita davvero tanto.

Ristorante con vista sul lago, pranzo ottimo con specialità locali. Personale molto carino e presente. Consiglio la carne salada e l'aceto balsamico del Trentino, molto validi!. Complessivamente molto piacevole, consigliato!
