Only tried the restaurant. The vinegar was exceptional, the food was excellent. The terrace had a wonderful view, but only for couples. Groups were confined to tables too close together, even in an empty room (unexplainable!). Service could be improved.

I had lunch at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms, but I must say it's a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic flavors. The view of the lake and the Riva "busa" (dry-water basin) makes the experience even more special, while the dishes showcase the balsamic vinegar to its fullest with original and refined pairings. Friendly service, a refined atmosphere, and a keen attention to quality: a perfect blend of tradition and local produce. Prices are in line with market standards and certainly cheaper than many pizzerias and tourist spots in the Alto Garda area.

A stellar dinner... they have a sublime Rebo wine. A priceless view of Lake Garda. A truly extraordinary place.

Ottimo ristorante con vista spettacolare su Riva del Garda. Personale professionale e gentile, piatti tipici del luogo, curati ed abbondanti. Carne salada top. Apprezzabile il vino della loro cantina. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare.

12/06/2025: Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!

04/09/2025: A small pub in the center of Folgaria with a small outdoor seating area. They have six beers on tap, and they serve pizza squares and fries with drinks. The menu also includes a house platter of cheeses and cured meats, as well as a "mistico" fried dish.
