Every time we go to Italy – even for our wedding anniversary. Delicious, reasonably priced, and the view! The balsamic vinegar is amazing! The tour was amazing too. We'll definitely be back!

Having a view of Lake Garda is the best. Surrounded by mountains, the restaurant has a "veranda" to admire the lake; the games for children are appreciated. Excellent food, from the appetizers that are a delicacy to the sublime first courses. The carne salade is a spectacle. The attentive and present staff knows their stuff ready to answer every question. Excellent the wine of the property but the pearl, the top you find in the BALSAMIC and EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. To be savored even just on a teaspoon. Good price too and finally a very well-kept and clean place. Fully satisfied

Restaurant recommended by nice Italian ladies. Great atmosphere, beautiful views, restaurant about 14 km behind Riva Del Garda on a hill with a great panorama of the entire town and lake. I recommend booking tables in advance, although we managed to get them not in the best viewing spot. I was going with the hope that, as some people wrote in the comments, finally Italian food would ignite my taste buds and I would be in an Italian culinary paradise. Hmmm, honestly I was disappointed. A very nice and nice lady greeted us and took us to the table and it's a pity that someone else served us, the gentleman was nice but not very helpful when it comes to choosing and advising on dishes. As an appetizer we chose Antipasto misto dell Acetaia (mix of delicacies, carpaccio, ricotta, focaccia with onion, red cabbage), and it was even good, the bread served with it was really good. Time for the main courses: 1. Tagliolini with grano Saraceno fatti in a house with pesto from Monte Baldo's orchard with Bonomi cheese (homemade pasta with pesto and Bonomi cheese) - it looked all together, green and that's it. It tasted like pasta mixed with freshly cut grass. No offence, but that's just how I feel. 2. Ravioli with mushrooms - good, very good 3. La Ropica Black Salada di Cologne, di nostra produzione, cotta alla piastra accompanied by beans "en broa" (the signature, highly praised Carne Salada, grilled thin slices of beef with balsamic vinegar and beans). - the meat was very good, nothing to complain about, the combination with beans was ok. But something was missing in this dish. Overall good, tried it again but won't order (unfortunately no photo - it disappeared somewhere) 4. Guanciotta di maiale al nostro vino rosso Rebo con polenta e crauti (pork cheeks in sauce, with polenta and sauerkraut) - the first impression was that it looked bad on the plate. The cabbage wasn't seasoned, the polenta in 3 pieces was dry, the meat - delicious. The meat with cabbage after seasoning with salt and pepper was very good - except for the polenta. After the main courses, we ordered desserts. Tiramisu, Eclairs stuffed with hazelnut mass and covered with chocolate, Creme brulee. All 3 desserts were delicious 😉 Overall impression ok, but we won't go there again.

Very good restaurant, the carne salata is the best one I have tried and the view from the restaurant. Absolutely recommend to get the balsamic vinegar from the shop.

We thought there was a real shop selling balsamic vinegar here. Unfortunately, we were proven wrong. There's no shop, and tours require booking. So we were only able to sample and purchase your three special balsamic vinegars. However, the hotel complex is very nice, and it has a restaurant with a terrace overlooking Lake Garda.

My wife & i were here on our honeymoon & I can't rate this place high enough. The outstanding view from our room was phenomenal, the food at dinner was beyond delicious, the balsamic was the best I've ever had, and the service was top notch. I have to give it up to Tony, he was a spectacular server & host. He treated us with the best quality of service anyone could ask for, he always had a smile on his face and because of him we will definitely be back to stay here in the future. Thank you Tony!!

Incredible view of the lake. Everything is spotlessly clean. Friendly, attentive, and cheerful staff. The restaurant serves high-quality regional cuisine using our own produce.

Su consiglio di una persona siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante. La location è davvero stupenda, ti lascia con la bocca aperta. Il cibo è molto buono, abbondante e con piatti della tradizione ma anche con piatti rivisitati. Ogni tavolo ha una bottiglietta di aceto balsamico di loro produzione a disposizione di tutti i commensali. Buonissimo!!!! L’abbiamo messo praticamente ovunque, si abbina a tutti i loro piatti, sia quelli salati che quelli dolci. Abbiamo deciso di prendere una bottiglia da portare a casa. Sicuramente torneremo e consiglio a tutti una visita qui perché merita davvero tanto.
