And how exactly do I describe the taste to you? We were happy.

A small, open-air restaurant on the main road through town. The trattoria has virtually no parking, so you have to look for it a short distance away. The entrance is nondescript, with a couple of windows and a sign on the street. As soon as you enter, you're faced with a counter displaying many beautiful bottles of wine. To the left is the dining room, which is welcoming but not very spacious. We went for bagna cauda day, and the variety of vegetables was good; the bagna was made with chopped anchovies and garlic, and while it was good, I prefer it creamier. Finally, I tried the bagna with egg and Alba white truffle, which was just the right amount of delicate and distinctive; and finally, an excellent hazelnut cake with warm zabaglione, tasty and very aromatic. The staff and the owner were always present and very courteous.

A regular appointment for us twice a year... it never disappoints! 👍

It lives up to expectations. Excellent food and friendly staff. The ravioli del plin are exceptional. The prices are reasonable.
