Very pleasant discovery in Treiso, after a walk in the vineyards to reach the gullies (fortress of the seven brothers).
Excellent local truffle dishes!
Sublime the tomino with egg and grated fresh white truffle!

We had a good time. The venue is a unique, clean and tidy environment, unfortunately it does not have panoramic views. The quality of the food is excellent and the quantity is acceptable. For the regular menu the price is average, while the truffle is a little expensive. Lastly, considering that eight of us spent €74 each, I would have expected at least one free round of digestives, but instead the payment was rather cold and detached. In any case I recommend it.

Really excellent food, I don't give five stars only because waiting 50 minutes for the starter seemed too long. The kind lady at the tables asked us to be patient because there is a new chef in the kitchen, the fact remains that almost an hour for an appetizer tests the customer's patience. However, I repeat, excellent food, from the vitello tonnato to the Fassona steak, the plins are spectacular and the second courses are also very good. The wine is also very good. Very honest price

Piedmontese trattoria with a good level of cuisine, excellent agnolotti al plin and vitello tonnato, good wine list, possibility of having wine in bulk or by the glass, not very large and not very airy room, outdoor space that borders the road, free parking not far away. Piedmontese mixed fried themed lunches are scheduled on Sundays (starter, 21 pieces of fried food, dessert, water and coffee at €43 excluding wine). My husband and I shared the vitello tonnato, then a first course for me (agnolotti al plin), a second course for my husband (testina), a bunet, water and 1/4 of Dolcetto di Treiso

We went there for dinner last night. Overall it's good, food that reflects the Piedmontese tradition, and here the truffle reigns supreme. I must say that I was expecting a less refined trattoria.....but I was wrong.

Arrived in Treiso by bike, received with great kindness and served immediately. A plate of tajarin... fabulous! Compliments!!!

Delicious food and extremely friendly staff.
I tried some delicious white truffle tajarin with an excellent quality/price ratio.
The mixed starters were also very good.
I recommend it.
