Trattoria Rigoletto…excellent cuisine and cellar!
I recommend it for anyone who finds themselves in the heart of Parma and wants to taste Parma cuisine.

Top the Top Fabrizio and his lady are fantastic, he in the dining room and she in the kitchen, the dishes and the Lambrusco were excellent, there were 5 of us and all the guests gave an excellent rating and the value for money was superb. The dishes include mixed cured meats and fried cake, an encore of herb and orange ravioli and tortelli filled with ham and culatello with squacquerone au gratin, tagliatelle with mushrooms and hamburgers. Thank you Fabrizio and Signora for making us eat a 5-star lunch

I had the pleasure of having lunch at Rigoletto yesterday, March 28, with my brother and his partner. Let me start by saying that we are Parma people and passionate about our typical cuisine. We chose an appetizer of mixed cured meats with fried pie. Exceptional. The thinly sliced, excellent quality cured meats melted in your mouth. The light, tasty and non-greasy fried cake. A touch of innovation in the first courses: the traditional tortelli d'erbetta were offered in green pasta and combined with a surprisingly tasty encore: the orange-filled tortelli with caramelized orange peel. An intense pleasure with a unique and strong aroma. Meats perfect in flavor and cooking. I will definitely come back to try the desserts too (I was struck by the robiola cake but I wasn't able to try it as I was full). All washed down with an excellent Merlot which gave me an afternoon of just the right amount of happiness. More than honest account, indeed, considering the location in the historic center of Parma, very honest. The owners Farbizio and Antonella are super friendly, easy-going, attentive to the customer and to the service (neither too fast nor too slow). A welcoming and familiar atmosphere, it invites conviviality and a quiet "enjoy the moment" of pure enjoyment. WE WILL BE BACK and...thank you!

It was our last evening in Italy and thanks to Rigoletto we have good memories of it. It was excellent. The dishes were tasty and typical of the area. Thank you for the advice. Vegetarian dishes.

Small tavern in the center of Parma.
Traditional dishes accompanied by some more innovative and particular dishes.
Fried pie and quality and plentiful cured meats, but the real highlight are the first courses.
Strictly homemade tortelli and tagliatelle, truly exquisite.
A little pearl in the center of Parma!
I recommend booking given the limited places in the place.
Fun and attentive service.
I will definitely come back

We started with an aubergine flan with goat cheese sauce and a Rigoletto bomb. Then an encore of erbetta tortelli alla parmigiana with green pasta and orange tortelli with caramelized peels and a Rigoletto hamburger with roasted potatoes. To finish, a Rigoletto Delight (robiola cake served warm with caramelized brown sugar). All good. The ingredients are good and fresh, the preparation of the cook is excellent. We will return to try other dishes

Piccolo locale a conduzione familiare un po' nascosto nel centro storico, riservato e tranquillo. Pochi tavoli e quindi nelle giornate più affollate meglio prenotare.
Arredo semplice e lineare da trattoria tradizionale arricchito dalle foto alle pareti realizzate dalla signora Antonella, particolari e ben realizzate.
Non avendo molto tempo abbiamo scelto la proposta di menù degustazione che in realtà è una specie di "menù turistico" a prezzo favorevole. Turistico solo nella forma perchè nella pratica tutto quello che abbiamo provato è risultato ottimo.
Il menù prevede Spalla Cotta di San Secondo e Prosciutto di Parma con Torta fritta a cui abbiamo aggiunto il Culatello. Torta fritta buonissima e dalla cottura perfetta, salumi molto validi così come sono stati validi i successivi Tortelli d’Erbetta alla parmigiana con Pasta Verde. BTW il menù include acqua, bicchiere di vino e caffè.
Rapporto prezzo/qualità buono, cortesia, servizio ed un pizzico di simpatia.
Da tornare con calma per provare, oltre ai salumi, qualche piatto in più tra le proposte cucinate.

Piccolo ristorante in centro nascosto in una piccola traversa. Sale semplici ma curate. Un tocco di arte alle pareti, dove la coppia che gestisce il locale ha appeso vari scatti fotografici fatti durante il lockdown. Insomma, marito in sala, simpatico, attento e preparato sui cibi, e moglie in cucina, cucina ed esperta di fotografia.
Davvero ottimi i salumi!!!! Super i tortelli all' arancia con scorza di arance candite, di cui abbiamo fatto il bis. Super buono anche il semifreddo Gilda, particolare...mai assaggiato un semifreddo così!!! Prezzo davvero buono. Grazie!!!
