🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A little gem in the heart of Parma: Il Rigoletto di Antonella e Fabrizio in B.go Ronchini. We had the pleasure of having lunch in this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Parma's historic center and the experience was simply memorable. From the phone call for the reservation - highly recommended - the owner conveyed kindness, precision and great love for his work and for his restaurant. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by a small and cozy environment (about 25 seats), with attention to detail: pleasant air conditioning, well-spaced tables, impeccably clean bathroom. The service begins with an appetizer of excellent Sani Franco ham, accompanied by a good house Lambrusco. To follow, unforgettable artisanal tortelli: the orange ones with caramelized peel are a real surprise for the palate, and the parmigiana herb ones with green pasta are a tribute to tradition. We also tried a tasty pork shoulder in a sweet and sour ginger and lemon sauce, served with baked potatoes: a balanced dish full of character. The menu was inviting to try the excellent selection of cheeses, but we put it off until our next visit. The wine list is quality, even if smaller than in the past — as the owner tells us — but you can still feel a lot of passion and expertise even on the beverage front: “otherwise there is still a lot to have fun with wine,” he tells us with a smile. The place is enriched by splendid artistic photos, with the owner and his wife as subjects: a personal and poetic touch that tells a story. A highly recommended experience. We will definitely be back, also because — as the owner confesses to us — the well-deserved rest is approaching by 2026… and we don't want to miss the opportunity to relive such a special dinner. Thank you so much for the welcome, the quality and the humanity.

A delightful place with a smiling couple serving in the kitchen and service, delicious tastes, and beautiful photographs decorating the walls (their own shots). The tortellini, especially the orange one, were excellent. Thank you😊

How wonderful! Everything was excellent, from the service, the friendliness, the welcome but above all the food! A special mention for the orange tortelli! A chef who really puts a lot of passion and love into what she does!

Wir genießen ein Abendessen mit zwei Personen Im Mai. Das Lokal bietet insgesamt 28 Sitzplätze und wird von den Inhabern Antonella und Fabrizio allein betrieben. Antonella bereitet die Speisen in der Küche mit Hingabe und Liebe zu. Fabrizio betreut und berät die Gäste auf eine ganz persönliche, liebenswerte Art. Dabei erinnert er mich ein wenig an Freddie Frinton als Butler James im Sketch „Dinner for One“ aus dem deutschen Fernsehen. Wir essen als Vorspeise Prosciutto di Parma 24/26 mesi  Sani Franco Als Hauptspeise Filetto di Manzo Fassona con Balsamico, Melograno fresco e Flan di Patate und Coppa di Maiale con Salsa Agrodolce di Limone e Zenzero e Patate Arrosto Sowie zum Abschluss „Assortimento con Miele  e Composta di Frutta Senapata“. Dazu ein Glas trockenen Weißwein auf Empfehlung von Fabrizio. Der Schinken, das Fleisch, der Käse und der Wein sind köstlich. Der Gastraum ist spartanisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die besondere Note erhält er durch Fotos der Inhaber die Antonella mit Stativ und Selbstauslöser während der Corono Lockdown Zeit selbst aufgenommen hat. Diese Fotos sind auch auf den Internetseiten des Rigoletto zu bewundern. Wir haben den Abend und das Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre genossen. Wir bedanken uns bei Antonella und Fabrizio für die Schaffung dieser wunderbaren Atmosphäre und des Genusses. Beim nächsten Parma Besuch werden wir das Rigoletto gerne wieder besuchen.
