The waiters were very friendly and attentive. The view of the Grand Canal was beautiful. The food was delicious.

Beautiful place with lovely service from front line staff. Management was a bit rude but servers were lovely. Great view over the canal. Lovely atmosphere.

A delight for the palate… my wife and I were walking around the center of Venice in the evening (we were away on business for a few days) when suddenly Miss Cristina caught our attention with her politeness and professionalism outside a restaurant and started to describe to us what they prepare that is delicious… from the name of “Trattoria” in the center of Venice we were hesitant but once inside instead you find yourself immersed in a warm restaurant that is quite modern and nice with tables set up with elegance, they also have a balcony on the Grand Canal that is very romantic but since it was a slightly cool evening we preferred the inside room also because we were attracted by the soft music of many famous covers reworked in a sweet jazz style for the living room, in short a lot of mental relaxation after a day of wandering… then the waiters of a delicacy and experience that could set a precedent; without further ado, we decided to have a white pizza with mixed mushrooms in wedges placed in the center as an appetizer… a cloud… very light and those mixed mushrooms really good; I took the fillet with green pepper (I preferred the classic rare cooking because they ask you for it) with this crazy cream they make for you and three quenelles of mashed potatoes on the side... guys, I swear it melted in your mouth more than ricotta; my wife was very happy because she instead took the lamb chops with baked potatoes... apart from the truly amazing potatoes (but add a little more salt if you like it) the lamb (which she made me try too 😜), never seen it so tender and tasty, I would steal the cooking method/recipe if I could... and that bed/side dish of other mixed mushrooms, spectacular; a glass of Valpolicella Superiore, a truly great red wine but light as a white; to finish we chose a creme caramel that made us happy, it seemed like grandma's because they are two slices of homemade creme caramel cake in reality (because you can really taste it) and not the usual single portion put in paper cups. Lastly, a bottled bitter to help digest. All it would take is a house bitter for praise because I give it a 10 👍. Really, congratulations, keep it up and thank you for the wonderful evening… only in some places in Trentino in the past have I found myself so well and satisfied… tomorrow we'll come and try the fish dishes 😜😜😜.

Good food, good value for money, especially considering that you are in Venice. Plus the incredible views, especially in daylight.

My boyfriend and I stopped here just after we arrived in Venice to get some lunch. The views were spectacular from the balcony seating right over the water. We had a fabulous bottle of champagne and ordered the carbonara (I ordered regular my boyfriend ordered gluten free). The food was absolutely delicious and we also ordered a gluten free diavlo pizza but were too full to eat much of it (was super tasty as well). The service overall was great - they allowed us to put our luggage in a safe place while eating. The only downside was they gave me the gluten free pasta instead of my boyfriend who has an allergy and I’m very thankful we confirmed which was GF or else he would have ate the non-GF one and been sick for our trip. Aside from that slip up - I’d definitely reccomend!

Incredible view of the Canal from the restaurant. It is super close to the train station. Food was delicious too. We had spaghetti Pomodoro and spaghetti vongole. Clams were fresh and good! Our servers were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Very welcoming place, friendly and kind staff, who involve you without being too intrusive. I recommend treating yourself to a good lunch in this restaurant from which you leave very satisfied.

Weekend a Venezia. Locale con arredi un po’ datato ma caratteristico… menu con ampia scelta carne,pesce e pizza…. Abbiamo mangiato bene., personale cortese e costo nella media….
