Excellent authentic Italian trattoria, in a quiet park in Montescaglioso, with very willing and extremely helpful staff. The food it serves is authentic Italian and homemade. The portions are huge and the taste is indescribable. Two of us ate until we were full on both nights we stayed here, for €25 each for dinner. I highly recommend it.

The place is a bit anonymous and bare, but everything else is exceptional. Starting from the welcome of the staff, kind and thoughtful. The waitress was really helpful and super fast, the cutting board and appetizers were really rich and abundant, the pizza really good and well filled. A true masterpiece of taste and hospitality. To return more often.

Advised! We had dinner on Easter evening, after an excursion to Matera, trusting the reviews. I must say that the quality of the food is very good, the meat very tender.. chops that melted in your mouth and scallops with mushrooms that were very tender.. the place is spartan but I recommend it for eating. Value for money, excellent!
