Good Italian food. Lunch time is from a menu, with no possibility for pizza, but that is ok! Pizza is only for the evening.
I would return for both :)

Typical trattoria with simple but decidedly well-cooked espresso dishes. Good quality raw materials. The service is not refined but there is no lack of speed, education, patience and kindness. Excellent value for money.
The former are fantastic, the latter excellent.
Spaghetti, Tagliatelle, Pici, Risotto. The mezzamaniche with aubergine sauce are fantastic. More than decent house wines. Huge variety of pizzas yet to be tried.

Nel centro della cittadina in uno dei tanti vicoli sorge questo ristorante informale dotato di quattro sale molto accoglienti. Cibo familiare ma realizzato con impegno, ottimi i pici all'aglione, lo spezzatino con i carciofi e l'arista in salsa. Beverino il rosso della casa e soprattutto prezzi anticrisi.

Trattoria like those of the past with a family atmosphere and simple but typically Umbrian cuisine. Everything we have tasted has always been excellent, especially the first courses. I recommend the pizza because it's really good and can also be ordered to take away. Very cheap prices for such well-made cuisine.

Posto molto informale nel pieno centro di Città della Pieve. Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera con vari piatti tutti molto buoni. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato i pici (con vari ragù), la trippa e il brasato. Anche il vino della casa è apprezzabile. Cameriera molto gentile e ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.
