Lovely meal and nice staff....locals eating here which is always a good sign. Very well priced too, I ate at more expensive places in Florence that weren't as good as here.

Very good food and good quality/price ratio. The treatment was friendly and the atmosphere was calm. There was a small confusion with the prices of the menu published here and the restaurant menu but they clarified it correctly. Good place to eat, I recommend it

My fifth visit to Florence. I’m always looking for great food. San Gallo is the best. Locals fill the restaurant for lunch. For dinner the pizza oven in turned on. The pasta is amazing. Prices are wow..low. It doesn’t feel like a tourist trap. This family owned restaurant is the place to me for that local feeling of Florence and not Disneyland.

Passavamo qua davanti per caso e, vedendo il menù con dei prezzi contenuti rispetto alla media in pieno centro a Firenze, abbiamo deciso di entrare. Propongono un menù alla carta con anche delle proposte giornaliere. Abbiamo provato sia piatti dal menù fisso che da quello giornaliero ed era tutto molto buono. Il servizio è stato veloce e i camerieri sono stati molto gentili. Conto finale da 49€ che comprendeva un antipasto, due primi, due secondi, acqua e caffè; ottimo per essere in pieno centro a Firenze.
